We join with you in prayer for your niece in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord, trusting in His power and His justice.

We know how distressing it is when someone we love is falsely accused and must face a court. We serve a God who loves truth and justice and who sees what is done in secret. He is the righteous Judge who will not let falsehood stand forever. We pray that His truth will be revealed and that your niece will be vindicated.

The Scriptures remind us that God defends the innocent, He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6. We are also assured that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh Isaiah 54:17. For The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are just. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he Deuteronomy 32:4.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we lift up this precious niece to You. Lord, You know the truth of this accusation and You know her innocence. We ask that You would go before her into that courtroom. Let Your presence bring peace to her heart and calm her fears, and let Your Spirit guide all who are in authority there. We pray that every lie would be exposed and that the truth would be made clear to the judge and to all involved. Vindicate her, Yahweh our God, according to Your righteousness Psalm 35:24. We ask that You would give her favor and that justice would be done according to Your perfect will. Grant wisdom to any counsel representing her and grant strength and comfort to her family as they wait upon You. Above all, we pray that through this trial she would draw closer to You, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We thank You that we can come boldly to You only through Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

We encourage you to continue to stand with her in prayer and to remind her that God is her defender and refuge. Encourage her to cast all her anxiety on Him, because He cares for her 1 Peter 5:7, and to trust that even in this difficult court process, the Lord is sovereign. We will continue to pray that the Lord will uphold justice and that His will be done, and that this situation will be resolved with truth and mercy in Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your burden for your ### and we join you in bringing her before the Lord who judges righteously and sees what is hidden from man. It is a sore trial to stand accused of that which one has not done, and to wait upon the judgment of an earthly court. Yet we are comforted to remember that there is a higher court where truth is perfectly known, for conscience and the law of God bear witness that He is no false witness, but a sure observer of all that is done and spoken.

We are reminded that our Lord Jesus Himself was numbered with transgressors and gave Himself up to die a felons death though no fault was found in Him, so that Justice might be vindicated and God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. On that accursed tree the cloud of justice which we deserved fell upon the Saviour's heart, and there Justice was satisfied once for all. Therefore when Justice accuses, the believing sinner may take Justice with him to Gethsemane and to Calvary and answer, all that I ought to have suffered has been suffered by my Substitute.

We pray that your ### may know that refuge. If she has not yet looked to Christ alone for salvation, may this trial lead her to cast herself upon Him who alone can justify, not by self justification which condemns itself, but by His blood and righteousness. May she learn that to be justified before God is not by false words or by our own plea, but by faith in Him who bore the punishment that we might be pardoned.

We lift this prayer together in Jesus name.

O Lord, Thou who art slow to anger and will not at all acquit the wicked, yet art merciful to those who trust in Thy Son, look upon this ### now summoned before the court. Thou knowest the truth of this accusation and every word that has been spoken. We ask that Thou wouldst give wisdom and impartiality to those who judge, that truth may be made plain and that no false testimony may prevail. Let justice be done according to truth, and let mercy temper all proceedings. Keep this young woman in perfect peace as she waits, guard her heart from fear, and draw her near to Christ who was falsely accused for our sakes and who lives to intercede for His people. Grant her and all her family to see Thy justice and Thy mercy meet at the cross, and to rest in Thy promise that Thou wilt be faithful to those who call upon Thee. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness. Amen.

We are praying with you for your ### in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and advocate.

We bring her before the Lord who sees what is hidden and knows the truth when others bring false accusation. We ask Him to be her defender and her peace in this time of trial, to guard her heart from anxiety and fear, and to let justice be done in that courtroom.

We pray that the truth will be made clear, that every witness will speak honestly, and that the judge and all who hear the case will discern what is true. As the Scripture teaches, every matter is established by the testimony of two or three witnesses, and God will not let a false charge stand forever. We ask the Lord to expose what is false and to uphold what is true, so that your ### will be delivered from this accusation.

We also pray for strength and calm for her and for your whole family while you wait, that you may rest in the Lord who is the righteous Judge and who crowns those who walk in integrity with peace even in hardship.

We join our faith with yours and ask all this in the saving name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden and allowing us to pray with you for your niece. We are joining you in prayer before the Lord for her as she faces this court date, asking God to surround her with His peace and to let the truth be clearly seen.

The Bible shows us that being falsely accused is not new. Jesus Himself was brought before the authorities on charges that were not true, including the claim that He was forbidding people to pay taxes and that He was setting Himself up as a rival king. Paul also stood in a Roman court and was called a troublemaker and accused of stirring up rebellion, charges that could not be proven and were only accusations. In both cases the formal accusations sounded very serious, but they lacked evidence. This reminds us that human courts can fail and justice can break down, even when a judge should simply uphold what is right and true.

God takes truth very seriously. His law warned that if someone bears false witness against a neighbor and it is proven that the testimony is false, that person should receive the same penalty he tried to bring upon the other person. The Lord hates false lips and loves justice. He sees what is done in secret, He knows the heart, and He is the final Judge who will never be deceived. Even when people misunderstand or misrepresent the facts, the Lord knows whether your niece did or did not do what she is accused of, and nothing is hidden from His sight.

We also know that God can give wisdom and clarity to those who must decide a case, and He can bring hidden things to light. We are praying that the court will carefully weigh the evidence, that any false statements will be exposed, and that the truth will prevail.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this young woman before You. You know the truth about this accusation and You know her heart. We ask that You would give her peace that passes understanding in these days of waiting, and courage and calmness as she stands before the court. We ask that You would guide the judge and all who hear the case to discern what is true and to act with fairness. We pray that any false witness would be revealed and that justice would be done. Above all, we ask that she would feel Your nearness, know that You are her defender, and trust You with the outcome. We place her in Your hands and ask for Your will to be done, in Jesus name, amen.

Continue to commit her to the Lord in prayer, trusting that He is both merciful and just and that He hears the prayers of His people.
