We hear your concern for your niece and the situation she is in, and we come before the Lord with this matter in prayer. It is important to address this with both love and truth, seeking God’s wisdom and guidance.
First, we must acknowledge that any relationship outside of God’s design for marriage between one man and one woman is not aligned with Scripture. The Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin, as stated in Romans 1:26-27 (WEB), "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error." This is not a judgment but a call to repentance and alignment with God’s holy standards.
We also want to gently remind you that all blessings, help, and provision come from the Lord, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If your niece or anyone else involved in this situation does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we must pray for their salvation first and foremost. The greatest help we can offer is leading others to the truth of the Gospel, for it is only through Christ that true transformation and healing can occur.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment as we seek to honor You in all things. We pray for this niece, that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the beauty of Your design for relationships. Father, if she does not know You as her Savior, we ask that You draw her to Yourself, that she may experience the love and grace that only comes through Jesus Christ. Soften her heart, Lord, and help her to see the areas in her life that do not align with Your will.
We also pray for the man involved in this situation. Lord, if he does not know You, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. Convict his heart of any sin and lead him to repentance. Father, we ask that You would break any ungodly soul ties or attachments that may have formed, and restore both of them to a place of purity and holiness before You.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of deception or confusion that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your truth will prevail, and that Your light will shine in the darkness. We pray for protection over this family, that no harm or further sin would come from this relationship. Help them to see the value of godly friendships and the importance of surrounding themselves with believers who will encourage them in their walk with You.
Father, we ask that You would provide for their needs in ways that honor You. If this man is genuinely helping with practical needs, we thank You for his kindness, but we ask that You would also use this as an opportunity to draw him and this niece closer to You. May they see Your hand at work in their lives and respond with faith and obedience.
Lord, we pray for this aunt, that You would give her the words to speak truth in love. Help her to be a light in this situation, pointing others to You. Give her courage and boldness to stand firm on Your Word, even when it is difficult. May she be a vessel of Your grace and truth, shining brightly for Your glory.

Pray for discernment in how to handle this situation, and trust that God will guide your steps.
Lastly, continue to pray for your niece and this man, that God would work in their hearts and bring them into a right relationship with Him. Trust that the Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in each of us (Philippians 1:6).

We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for His kind providence in providing practical help in a time of need. How gracious is our God who looks down upon us and hears our prayers as commonly as we breathe the air, and who often sends deliverance by the hands of others. That this man has been willing to look into the water leak and to help mow your yard and your mother's yard is a mercy not to be overlooked, and we bless the Lord for such timely aid. There is much cause to bless His holy name for mercies possessed, for He ransacks sea and land to find food for His children and moves the hearts of neighbours to show kindness.
We bring your niece before the throne of grace, and this man who has shown such kindness. We pray that both may know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and that their lives and any friendship they share may be ordered according to the Word of God. We pray that the Lord would grant them wisdom, purity and a desire to walk in holiness, and that whatever their relationship may be, it may be kept within the bounds of righteousness. If it be His will that they should walk together in life, we pray it would be in the holy covenant of marriage as God has ordained from the beginning, one man and one woman for life, where alone such nearness belongs and is blessed.
