We join with you in prayer for this practical need and we bring your desire for a new phone carrier and a new phone plan before the Lord, asking for His provision and guidance.
We understand you are speaking life and asking for a hundredfold blessing, and we want to gently encourage you with what Scripture teaches about our words and our prayers. Our words themselves do not create reality, but God does hear and answer the prayers of His children when we ask according to His will. As it is written, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us, 1 John 5:14. And we are reminded to trust not in formulas or declarations, but in the Lord Himself, for we are told, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6.
We also hear you invoking the blood of Jesus, and we affirm that the blood of Jesus is precious because it was shed for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to God, not as an incantation to guarantee a specific outcome, but as the foundation of our access to the Father. For it is through Him we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus and we thank You that You care about every detail of our lives, even the practical things like a phone and a phone plan. We ask that You provide for our friend a new carrier and plan that is good, reliable, affordable, and truly works for their needs. Grant wisdom and discernment as they compare options and make decisions, for You have promised, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. Help them to be a good steward of the resources You have provided.
We ask that You help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will supply what is needed, as You have said, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. We thank You for Your promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19. We do not ask for extravagance or for a hundredfold return as a guarantee, but we ask for contentment, provision, and peace in whatever You provide, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You, Romans 8:28.
Lord, we pray that this new phone service would be a tool for good in their life, to stay connected with family, to do honest work, to encourage others, and to glorify You. Let Your will be done in this situation and let them see Your hand of provision and faithfulness. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have heard your request concerning a new phone carrier and a plan that will truly serve your needs, and we bring it before the Lord with you. It is right and wise to bring even the small and daily matters to Him, for it is written that He daily loadeth us with benefits, and He daily bears our burden. Nothing is too small for His care when you are His child, and nothing is too great for His hand to supply.
You have asked in the name and through the blood of Jesus, and we would remind you that the greatest benefit that blood has secured is not any earthly provision, but the cleansing from all sin and the forgiveness that makes us joint heirs with Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and through it we have peace with God. If we have that mercy, then all other mercies are added, for all things are yours when you are Christ's, and things to come are secured to you, even preservation to the end and glory without end.
God's goodness to His people is not merely benevolence, in which He wishes us well, but beneficence, in which He does us good. He openeth His hand and supplieth the need of every living thing, and He knoweth what things we have need of before we ask Him. We therefore ask Him for you, that in His providence He would guide you to a provision that is honest, affordable, and useful for your calling, that you may be found a faithful steward of the means He has entrusted to you, doing what you have to do with all your heart for His glory.
