Today I got on PrayerRequest.com for the first time in a while. I was very sad before I logged on. I prayed to God to help me not think so much about myself. You see, I had a spirit of sadness or sorrow on me. There was no particular reason for me to be sad or upset. I know God will work out those things I prayed to Him about. That spirits of sadness, sorrow, guilt and depression are familiar spirits. They have attempted to reign in my life for years. I know that , "NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME WILL PROSPER!" I know I must submit to God and walk in God's Holy Spirit in order for Satan to flee from me. So I told Jesus that I would purpose to pray for others on this forum! I began to pray! Pray! Pray! And continued to pray for others. Wow! God is so Good! I felt His power all over me! I was not concerned about myself or my feelings! The Lord has proven to me before that if I give MY cares to Him and pray for others that my Joy would return! I love the Lord so much. He is so good.
