You are not alone in this struggle, and we declare that the Lord is your provider.
First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. While your request is sincere, we notice that it does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation and every answered prayer flow from the finished work of Christ on the cross. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, confessing your sins and believing in His resurrection. Romans 10:9 says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking new employment. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the needs of their household. We ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, as Revelation 3:8 promises. Provide a workplace where they can thrive, honor You, and use their gifts for Your glory. Give them favor with hiring managers, wisdom in interviews, and peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke the spirit of lack and delay, declaring that Your timing is perfect. We pray for provision in this season, that bills would be paid and needs met according to Your riches in glory. May this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your faithfulness. If you are not married but living with or sexually involved with someone, we encourage you to repent and seek godly counsel on how to honor God in this area. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 says, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
