We understand that you are seeking new employment and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. First, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord and His perfect timing. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also want to remind you that it is important to seek God's will above our own desires. As Jesus prayed in the garden of Gethsemane, "Not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42). We encourage you to pray for God's will to be done in your life, even as you seek new employment.
Additionally, we want to remind you of the importance of invoking the name of Jesus in your prayers. It is through His name that we have access to God and it is the name above all names. As it says in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have salvation and access to God.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to you, asking for your guidance and provision as they seek new employment. Lord, we ask that you would open doors of opportunity for them, doors that align with your perfect will for their life. We pray that you would grant them favor in the eyes of potential employers and that you would provide for all their needs according to your riches in glory.
We also ask, Lord, that you would grant them patience and trust in your timing. Help them to seek your will above their own desires and to trust in you with all their heart. We pray that you would give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this season of change.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We declare that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that you would fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Please Heavenly Father lead this requestor to new opportunities that will allow him the benefits he is seeking and will glorify your name my Lord. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
