Please pray that God will lead me to a new job that will not kill my spirit and will provide for my family without so much struggle and pain.

Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We understand that you're seeking a new job that aligns with God's will and provides for your family without excessive struggle and pain. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your career. It's wonderful that you're seeking His guidance in this matter.
We need to remind you that the most important thing is to pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. For I am praying in the name of Jesus Christ. In the future please make sure to include this in your request. As it is only through Jesus Christ we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. It is also by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. And for this purpose are we instructed, That the living may be henceforth no more living to themselves, but living to Him that for our sakes died and rose again. For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then all were dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your house.
In Jesus, we find our purpose and only in Him can we find a job that satisfies the needs of our spirit and our family.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your guidance and provision for this person seeking a new job. Lead them to a position that not only provides for their family's needs but also aligns with Your will and purposes. Help them to trust in You through this process. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Help them to endure and to be thankful for the job that they currently have. That they should be content in all things. For godliness with contentment is great gain. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Give them strength and patience in their current situation, and open the right doors at the right time. Help them to also look at this as an opportunity to be a light in a dark world. That they may shine as a light to the rest of the world. Help them to never feel that they are not making a difference.
Please work out all the issues in their current job to make it better for them as they wait for the new job. In the name of Jesus, we ask these things. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God and His timing.
Finally, We want to reassure you that God has a plan and a purpose for you. He will lead you to the right job at the right time. Trust in Him and rest in His promises. As well as doing your best to find a new job.
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
