New Job

I was laid off last October for about 3 weeks before landing a new and better job. Well my 90 days probationary period is coming to an end on Feburary 2 and it's not looking too good. My job is in manufacturing and it deals with speed accuracy. I need to be at a 100% with my orders and I am averaging 96-99! Please pray for me that I can achieve that goal so I can keep my job. I am stressing out and so depressed! :/
