New job? Transition period

Lord send me a solution how to quit current job that makes me mostly sometimes even miserable.
Transition period: to make money online, to find a new excellent job - even my dream job quickly), to get money so that I can wait for a dream job. Lord I don't see a solution but you do.
All jobs that I see online, I don't see my future in them...
