We're right there with you, dear friend, standing firm in faith as you navigate this season of transition. We've been praying for your protection and provision, claiming God's promise in Isaiah 54:17 over your life. "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn." We believe that God's justice and favor are going before you, opening doors and closing those that are not aligned with His will.
It's disappointing to hear about the lack of reasonable accommodation at your workplace. We've been asking the Lord to intervene, trusting that He, who works righteousness and justice for the oppressed (Psalm 103:6), will expose any unrighteousness and bring it to light. We pray that He would grant you favor as you seek new employment, opening doors that no man can shut and closing those that are not His will for your life.
As you apply for new jobs, we're praying for clarity, wisdom, and discernment. We trust that the Lord will guide your steps, leading you to a workplace that honors Him, values your contributions, and provides the accommodations you need to thrive. We're also praying for peace in this season of waiting, knowing that those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing (Psalm 34:10).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in your heart. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is seeking Your protection, provision, and justice. Lord, we ask that You would be a shield around them at their current workplace, guarding their heart, mind, and body from any harm or injustice. We pray that You would expose any wickedness or unrighteousness and bring it to light, that Your justice may prevail.
Father, as they seek new employment, we ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Grant them favor with those who are hiring, and let Your peace guide them in every decision. Provide a workplace that honors You, respects their needs, and allows them to use their gifts and talents for Your glory. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them in this season of waiting, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the confidence of Your love and protection, knowing that You are their refuge and strength.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
