We do not have power to manifest or declare reality into being by our words. We are to humbly submit our desires to the will of our Father. As it is written, Instead, you ought to say, If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that James 4:15. And, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps Proverbs 16:9. There is truth that our words matter, as Death and life are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21, but this refers to the moral weight of wise or reckless speech and its consequences, not that our words have divine creative power to force God to give us a job or a thousand dollar bonus. We also must be careful not to treat the blood of Jesus as a phrase to claim material gain. The blood of Jesus was poured out for the forgiveness of our sins and our reconciliation to God, For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls Leviticus 17:11, and In him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses Ephesians 1:7. It is precious and holy, not an incantation for prosperity.
We also hear you say in secret. If you mean you desire privacy as you seek work, we understand, but if this means hiding or being dishonest with a current employer or family, we encourage you to walk in integrity, for Yahweh detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are faithful Proverbs 12:22, and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Your Father sees in secret and will reward what is done in honesty Matthew 6:4.
We do rejoice that you love your life and your family and care for your pets. God does delight to give good gifts, and he does care for all his creation, as A righteous man respects the life of his animal Proverbs 12:10. We encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, trusting that God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, whether that supply is a new job, a bonus, or contentment where you are. We must not fix our hope on a hundredfold financial return, for the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10, but fix our hope on Christ.

We have heard your desire for provision and for favour in this matter of employment, and we have carried it before the Lord who heareth prayer.
You ask for a new place of labour, for success in your interview by way of this present means of meeting, and for a bonus to supply your need, and you speak also of your family and even of the creatures committed to your care. These are not small things in the sight of God, for He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows knows what things we have need of before we ask Him. Yet we would lovingly set before you a more sure foundation than the notion of speaking life into existence by your own word an hundredfold. Such power belongs not to us, but to God alone, who calleth those things which be not as though they were. Our part is not to command by declaration, but to ask in childlike confidence, as Job did when Jehovah had spoken and Job had trembled and then yielded himself unreservedly to his Maker. We are wrong, God must be right, and peace comes when we bow to His holy will rather than seek to bend His will to ours.
If this work you seek is to be pursued in secret, we exhort you to walk in the light, for whatsoever we do we are to do heartily as unto the Lord and not as pleasers of men who use concealment. Let your labour be honest and open, that your conscience may be void of offence and your testimony clear before employers and before God. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, and so we learn that our longest sorrows have a close when God has gotten His end in them, and that He can support His people through loss and through waiting as He supported Job, who sinned not nor charged God foolishly though sorely tried.
We do not pray that you may have whatsoever your mind may devise, for Elihu rightly asks, Should it be according to thy mind, but that the Lord will give you what is best, that He will renew your strength as He renewed Job's bow in his hand, and anoint you with fresh oil for fresh service. If it be for your good and His glory, may He grant you favour in the interview, supply your temporal need, whether it be this sum or what His wisdom sees fit, and teach you contentment in His providence. We thank God with you for life and for family, and for His care over all His creatures, and we rejoice that you make mention of the blood of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and it is by that blood alone that we have access to the mercy seat.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou knowest the want and desire of this Thy child. Provide honest work by Thy gracious hand, give wisdom and calmness in the interview, and let Thy will be done concerning this provision. Keep this one from trusting in words or formulas, and bring the heart to trust in Christ alone for salvation and for daily bread.
