We hear the deep longing in your heart for peace, security, and a fresh start, a place where you and your beloved cats can live without fear, chaos, or the weight of past burdens. Your cry for a home where joy, creativity, and freedom can flourish is not lost on us, and we lift it before the Lord with urgency and compassion. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and your desire for healing and restoration is seen by the One who knits hearts together.

First, we must address the mention of vaping, particularly THC, with biblical clarity. While we understand the desire for relief from pain or stress, Scripture warns us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." The pursuit of substances to numb pain or escape reality can lead to bondage rather than freedom. Instead, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s comfort and strength, as He promises in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." True peace comes not from external escapes but from surrendering your struggles to Christ, who offers rest for your soul (Matthew 11:28).

Your longing for companionship, a husband and a marriage that honors God, is a holy desire. Proverbs 18:22 tells us, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from Yahweh." However, we must rebuke any notion of pursuing relationships outside of God’s design. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any courtship should be rooted in faith, purity, and mutual submission to Christ (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that God would bring a godly man into your life, one who loves the Lord first and will cherish you as Christ cherishes the Church. Until then, we encourage you to focus on your relationship with God, for He is the ultimate source of love and fulfillment (Psalm 62:5-8).

The pain of loneliness and betrayal you’ve endured is heavy, and we grieve with you. The enemy seeks to isolate and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell you you’re unwanted or that your worth is defined by others’ cruelty. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your value is found in Christ alone. We pray that God would surround you with a community of believers who will uplift and encourage you, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). You need not walk this journey alone, God’s family is vast, and He desires to heal your heart and restore your joy.

Your request for a home is not just about four walls but about a sanctuary where you can thrive. We pray that God would open doors for a safe, affordable, and peaceful dwelling where you can create, rest, and grow. Psalm 23:6 declares, "Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in Yahweh’s house forever." May this promise be your reality as you step into this new season. We also pray for wisdom in letting go of the past, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Philippians 3:13-14 urges us, "Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do: forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, we must address the absence of Jesus’ name in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Salvation is a free gift, and it is the foundation for true peace, purpose, and eternal security.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our sister who cries out for a new beginning. Lord, You see her pain, her loneliness, and her desire for a home where she can thrive. We ask that You would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide a dwelling place that is safe, affordable, and filled with Your peace. Heal the wounds of betrayal and isolation, and surround her with Your love and the fellowship of believers who will uplift her.

Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell her she is unwanted or unworthy. Remind her daily of her identity in Christ, that she is chosen, beloved, and fearfully made (Ephesians 1:4-5, Psalm 139:14). Break the chains of any unhealthy coping mechanisms, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who brings true comfort and joy (Galatians 5:22-23). We pray for godly friendships and, in Your perfect timing, a husband who will love her as Christ loves the Church.

Lord, we ask for Your provision in every area of her life, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Give her wisdom as she makes decisions about her future, and let Your will be done in her life. We declare that the assignments of the enemy against her are coming to an end today, in Jesus’ name. May she walk in the freedom and abundance that You have promised (John 10:10).

Above all, Father, we pray that she would draw near to You and find her ultimate fulfillment in Your presence. May she know the depth of Your love and the hope that is found only in You. Your anxious cry has reached the ears of Him who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is abundant power in Him to restore your soul and order your steps. Bring your weariness and your tangled desires to the Great Physician, for He does not merely point out the disease but applies the remedy. His hand is stretched out still to touch the fevered and lift up the prostrate. Yet observe the order of His mercy: He must first heal you before you can serve Him or truly order your life aright. Healing must come before the building of any new home or the pursuit of earthly comforts. The fresh start you long for begins not with a change of place but with a renewed heart, anointed with fresh oil from the hand of God.

You speak of wanting no past baggage and a clean slate; this is the very promise of the gospel. When the Lord pardons, He remembers sin no more, and healing flows with forgiveness. The inhabitants of Zion shall not say, "I am sick," for the people who dwell there are forgiven their iniquity. Seek first this spiritual healing, and all else shall be rightly ordered. The longing for a place of peace by the sea, for companionship, for freedom from bitter oppression, these are natural desires, but they are poor substitutes for the peace which Christ gives. He does not always give us our immediate wishes, for they are often the fevers of our discontent, but He always gives Himself, and in Him is all sufficiency. Your enemies, the "haters," the draining circles of chaos, hand them over to the Lord. He is the avenger of His elect. Your part is to look to Him who was wounded for your transgressions and by whose stripes you are healed.

You cry out for vaping, for a vape of thc and nicotine, as though it were a necessity for your happiness. This is a piteous bondage, a leaf that will wither and prove no healing at all. The leaves of earthly pleasure cannot heal the wounds of the spirit; they only mask the pain. The fresh oil of grace is a better anointing, bringing true gladness of heart without the chains of any substance. I urge you to bring even this craving to the cross, where every false thirst may be transformed into a thirst for righteousness. Your deepest needs, for love, for security, for a future, rest not in a trailer or a coastal view, but in the Bridegroom of the church. He can make you feel wanted, for you are bought with His blood; you are not unwanted if you are His. The promise stands: "I shall be anointed with fresh oil." In affliction, in loneliness, in new beginnings, He will supply grace sufficient. Let this be your confidence: He who took Peter's mother by the hand and lifted her up will also take your hand. Then, from that healing touch, true service and a well-ordered life will spring. The blood of Jesus speaks better things than your fears; rest in its cleansing flood, and wait upon the Lord who daily loads us with benefits.

The peace you seek from new walls and sea breezes is not the true peace. You cry out for a home where no chaos follows, where your cats and your own desires can be met without interference. But consider: to be carnally minded is death, and to be spiritually minded is life and peace. You speak of painting, of vaping, of a trailer by the beach, and you think these will silence the sadness that has clung to you for years. Yet the vessel cannot be filled by such things. The Samaritan woman came to the well with her waterpot; she sought water that could not quench her thirst for long. Christ offered her living water, and she wondered how He could draw without a bucket. So it is with you: you are asking for buckets and brass fittings while the well of grace stands open before you. The soul that demands its own way, that insists on this comfort or that pleasure, has not yet learned to drink from that well.

You lament the takers, the haters, the ones who steal your energy and will not leave you alone. You want them to forget your name, to say "it is over." But hear the Apostle: "We wrestle not against flesh and blood." The real enemy is not the person who stings you, but the passion within that rises up to curse them. Paul was stoned and dragged from the city, yet he returned to bless those who had wounded him. He did not pray for them to be forgotten; he prayed for their salvation. To wish that your enemies be simply erased from your life, without regard for their souls, is to taste of their flesh, even if you have not touched them with your teeth. Choose rather to endure the sting and bless, and you will find more healing in that than in any move to the shore.

You cry out with great longing, "greatly, greatly," as if the urgency itself could force heaven to open. But the Father giveth to whom He will; He draws, and none can come unless it be given from above. This does not mean you are without blame. You must choose, with deliberate will, to trust and to learn. The ignorance you feel, the blocked paths, may be His severe mercy, keeping you humble so that you do not imagine yourself to be what you are not. Peter healed the lame man and immediately said, "Why fasten ye your eyes on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him to walk?" If you received everything you demanded, would you fall into the worship of your own comfort? The thorn in the flesh is often the messenger of God to prevent greater ruin.

You speak of blood: the blood of Jesus. Then walk as He walked. He did not claim a beach or a vape or a life free from drama; He gave Himself into the hands of those who hated Him, and He permitted them to seize Him only because He chose it. His kingdom was not of this world, and neither is yours, if you are His. Do not envy Herod, who was troubled at the news of the true King and clung to his petty throne; the peace of Herod is a fool's peace. The true peace is to sit at the feet of the Master even while the storm rages, and to hear Him say, "He that cometh to me shall be saved."

Take up the task that is before you: care for your animals with thanksgiving, but do not make them your whole companionship. Seek the fellowship of believers, even when it is hard. If you have no friend, become a friend to the lonely, and you will find that you are not abandoned. Lay aside the baggage of resentment, yes, but also the baggage of demands. A fresh start is not found in a new address but in a new mind, spiritually minded, which is life and peace. Let that be your prayer, not merely that the haters leave you alone, but that you might love them, and so prove that you belong to Christ. The rest He will add as He sees fit, and you may find that what He gives is better than what you fought to have.
