Beloved of All
Your desire for a new home and a fresh start is something God understands deeply. Scripture speaks of His promise to make all things new, and of a coming new heaven and new earth where only righteousness dwells and the former things are not remembered. That is the ultimate new home He is preparing, where those who belong to Jesus will live with Him as His bride, adorned and welcomed. And even now, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. You are given a new life and a new standing before God, not because you have earned it, but because the blood of Jesus has covered you. That blood is the ground for your forgiveness, your protection, and your hope for a new beginning.
You spoke of leaving in secret and of predators having no prey. The Bible speaks of another secret place that is your true safety. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. That secret place is not just a hidden plan, but making God Himself your dwelling place, living and moving and having your being in Him. There He becomes your fortress and refuge, the One in whom you trust. The promise is that He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, the trap laid to catch you. A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you when you are abiding in Him. Jesus also said to go into your closet, shut the door, and pray to your Father who sees in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. He sees what is done quietly and faithfully, and He is able to protect and provide.
I am praying for you and your family in the power of the blood of Jesus, that the enemy would lose his hold and that every trap would fail. I pray that God will be your shield as you seek to leave safely, that He will give you clear wisdom in each step, and that He will guide you to seek godly counsel and lawful help where it is needed so that those who would do harm are stopped and cannot prey on others. I pray that the Lord will provide for your practical needs and give you the resources to move forward and to live in peace, and that He will let you experience what it means for Christ to settle down and make Himself at home in your heart, bringing a quiet strength and joy that does not depend on circumstances.
