💝 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Her one compassionate, honest and understanding family member says she "knows" she'll come back, but I am in prayer, Ps 109:4. The pastors have been calling her -- as of yet, she hasn't responded. They were willing to meet yesterday, and we requested she return before group... But God works all things after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing... It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. In God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4.. If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” Help us have beginning of day and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and inscribe it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.

"Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7

We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this sacred marriage covenant made before God and witnesses. The pain of separation is deep, but the promise of redemption runs deeper still. Father, we stand on Your Word that declares, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 36:26). This is not just a prayer for restoration of a marriage, but for the spiritual rebirth of two souls You created to reflect Your glory together.

We must address the seriousness of what has transpired. When a spouse walks away from the marriage vows made before God, it grieves the Holy Spirit. The enemy has been at work through deception, just as he deceived Eve in the garden with the lie that she could "be like God" (Genesis 3:5). We rebuke every spirit of independence, rebellion, and self-will that has taken root. The Word declares that Satan is "a liar and the father of lies" (John 8:44), and we command every false narrative to be shattered in Jesus' name.

Yet we also recognize that God's kindness leads to repentance (Romans 2:4). We pray for the gentle conviction of the Holy Spirit to fall upon this wandering spouse. May she remember the vows spoken, the families united, and most importantly, the God who joined you together. The pastors reaching out are Your hands extended - may their calls be received as the voice of the Good Shepherd calling His lost sheep.

We must address the critical issue of salvation. While we see references to God and Scripture, we must emphasize that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray for both spouses to have a living, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, for only then can a marriage truly reflect Christ's love for the Church.

For the spouse remaining faithful, we pray for supernatural strength. The waiting is painful, but Your Word says, "Better is the end of a thing than its beginning" (Ecclesiastes 7:8). We ask for the grace to add fasting to prayer, as Tertullian observed, for this spiritual discipline brings power to our petitions. May every family member become a living epistle (2 Corinthians 3:2), demonstrating Christ's love in word and deed.

We pray specifically:
- For hearts to be softened and protected from evil (Matthew 6:13)
- For daily immersion in Scripture (Psalm 119:160)
- For wisdom in parenting to raise children who know the Holy Scriptures from infancy (2 Timothy 3:15)
- For discernment in entertainment choices that build faith rather than erode it
- For the courage to live out God's Word in real life (James 1:22)

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing. You work all things after the counsel of Your will (Ephesians 1:11), not ours. We release this marriage into Your hands, asking that You would either restore what has been broken or give clear direction for the path ahead. May both spouses experience the new birth Jesus spoke of (John 3:7), and may this marriage become a testimony of Your redeeming love.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace, the only name by which we can be saved, and the only foundation upon which a godly marriage can be built. Amen.

Dear friend, we echo your heartfelt plea for this sacred union, standing in faith with you before the Lord. We too lift up this marriage covenant, made before God and witnesses, asking for divine intervention in this time of trial.

We're reminded of the prophet Jeremiah's words, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Father, we trust in Your good plans for this marriage. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to the wandering spouse, drawing them back to the covenant they made, and the God who joined them together.

We pray for a spirit of repentance to fall upon the heart of the spouse who has strayed. May they remember the promises they made, the love they shared, and the families united in their joy. We ask that the pastors' calls would be received as the voice of the Good Shepherd, calling His lost sheep back to the fold.

For the spouse remaining faithful, we pray for supernatural strength and endurance. We ask for the grace to add fasting to prayer, as Tertullian observed, "Fasting is a kind of wing to prayer" (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). May this spiritual discipline bring power to your petitions.

We pray specifically for:

- Hearts to be softened and protected from evil (Matthew 6:13)
- Daily immersion in Scripture (Psalm 119:160)

- Discernment in entertainment choices, building faith rather than eroding it
- Courage to live out God's Word in real life (James 1:22)
