Father, I thank you for this wonderful evening that you have blessed me with. You are my strength and joy. I rest my soul in your love. Father, I need you now. Please forgive me of all my sins. Cleanse my heart by the blood of your Son Jesus Christ, whom you sent to die on the cross so that I may live again, and now I am blessed enough to be here and worshipping you. Please give me the grace to change, to move towards your purpose.
Father, I pray for my new friend, whom I have met and I really like. I honestly don't know what to do; I asked you to help the first time we met and talked face to face to guide the conversation because I was not anyhow sure of what to say, but I guess it went well. Father, if it is your desire that this relationship grows to something big (marriage), please pave the way because I don't know how to make it happen. Father, I trust you with this.
Father, I pray for my studies. Please give me the strength to study more things and please help me keep a sharp memory that retains everything it comes across. I am doing very difficult subjects and they are sensitive enough as they involve matters of life and death. I don't think I am well equipped psychologically to deal with the pressure the same manner most people do, but Lord, please help me work as hard as you want me to so that I gain what you want me to gain. I trust you, Lord, and lean on you entirely.
Father, I have exams ahead of me, and I need to pass them very well because that is how it is with second year; you don't pass, you are left behind. Father, I don't want to make a bad impression on people below me or those who depend on me. Father, I really want to pass and make progress with my learning. I know I am not the best student in the medical class, especially with the way I handled my first year, but Lord, I don't have the means nor the time to correct my mistakes. I can try, but I can only live today; I can only do things I am supposed to do today. Please, dear Lord, correct those through your great grace.
Father, I pray for finances and future. Lord, I have big dreams and there are a few chances presented in front of me, including network marketing, songwriting. Lord, please make those that you desire work, and help me gain expertise and prepare my financial status for the lifetime ahead.
Father, I pray for health; I recently had a toothache and my gums are swollen again, and I am not doing so well healthwise. Please, Lord, heal me by your mighty hand and help me be able to do what I am supposed to do again for your glory, Lord.
Father, I pray for my family, mother and sisters, and niece. Please guard them and protect them. Direct them to your will and give them the incentive to want to be better people for you and you alone, Lord!
Father, please bless my career path. Please help me have a bright career that glorifies you, Lord, in every single way. I thank you, Lord, for all I have and for things that you have for me. I believe in you, and I live for you.
Father, my determination fell a bit these past few days. Please reignite the interest in me to do the things that you have called me to do, rekindle the fire in me, and help me do everything that you brought me here on earth to do.
Father, I pray for a few matters of faith that concern me; I have been having struggles, intense struggles with the issue of going to church and fellowshipping with other Christians. I have not done enough, and many times I have not succeeded. Please help me be able to do what I am supposed to do for your glory. Father, you are the author and finisher of our faith. Please help me live by the faith that you gave me.
Lord, I thank you for everything that you have given me in this wonderful life. If I have ever had anything, it is because you, Lord, gave it to me with grace; you are good, Lord, wonderful and gracious. I am blessed to be your child.
