Pls help me pray to decide whether I transfer or not to a new company. Pls pray for my guidance, protection. Pls pray that I get to work in an environment where I will be able to use my talent & to belong to a family at work.pls help me pray for a good decision & that I will be happy with whatever decision I will make. Pla pray that I will be welcomed with open arms & pla pray that God will show me a clear sign.

We join you in prayer as you face this important decision about whether to transfer to a new company, and we thank you for inviting us to seek God's will together with you in this matter.

We understand your desire for guidance, for protection, for a place where your talents can be used well, and for a work family where you belong and are welcomed with open arms. God cares about the work of our hands and He wants to guide you. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We encourage you to bring this decision before the Lord continually, to seek His wisdom through prayer, through His Word, and through godly counsel, and to look not only for happiness in the decision but for peace and for the opportunity to honor Him. I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Your talent is a gift from God, and we pray that wherever He places you, you will be able to use it faithfully for His glory and for the good of others.

We also want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we pray and find assurance that God hears us.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our friend to You in this season of decision. Lord, we ask You to grant wisdom liberally as You have promised, to make the path clear and to give a steady peace that passes understanding. We ask for Your protection over this dear one, for Your hand to guide every step and to close doors that should be closed and open doors that should be opened. We pray that You will lead to the right work environment, one where talents You have given can be used with joy and excellence for Your glory, and where there will be fellowship and belonging, a true work family that encourages and supports. We ask that wherever You place our friend, there will be welcome, respect, and open arms, and that You will provide a clear sign and confirmation through Your Word, through peace in the heart, and through wise counsel, so that the decision made will be made with confidence in You. Help our friend to trust You more than personal understanding or the desire for immediate happiness, and to seek first Your will and Your kingdom. We pray for contentment and joy in following Your leading, knowing that You have good plans. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. We commit this job decision into Your hands and ask that You be glorified in the outcome. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray, to search the Scriptures, to seek counsel from mature believers who know you well, and to watch for the peace of God as you weigh the opportunities before you. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We are trusting with you that God will show you His will and give you assurance as you follow Him faithfully.

We're grateful you reached out about this work decision. It's a big one, and it makes sense you'd want both clarity and peace, plus a place where you can really use what God has given you and feel part of a team.

Wanting a clear sign is understandable. In our experience God often guides not only through a single moment but through steady wisdom as we look honestly at our gifts, our values, and the counsel of people who know us well.

One thing that has helped others is to get it all on paper. Try listing what matters most to you in this season such as opportunity to use your talents, belonging and teamwork, growth, commute and stability, and then note honestly how your current role and the new opportunity line up. Then take that list to one or two trusted, wise people who know your work, and also ask the new company thoughtful questions about day to day culture and support, so you are deciding with real information and not just hope.

Your burden concerning this employment decision has been heard, and we count it a privilege to bring it before the Lord with you. To stand at a parting of the ways and to ask which path to take is a solemn and needful work, and it is well that you seek wisdom from above rather than leaning upon your own understanding.

Scripture teaches us that wisdom is man's true path, the compass by which he is to steer across the trackless waste of life. Without it we are as the wild ass's colt, running here and there and wasting strength which might be profitably employed. But where shall this wisdom be found. It is not in the fleeting wisdom of this age, for the human wisdom of one age is the folly of the next. It is found in Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and in His Word which reveals His will. Moses did not make his great decision through eccentricity nor through sudden excitement, but by faith, by faith alone, when he was come to years. So also a clear decision for you will not come from haste, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, but from a settled faith in Jehovah, a bowing with submission to the will of God, by which very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance.

The Lord guides His people in several gracious ways. He softens and sobers the heart and gives wisdom, knowledge and discretion, so that we begin to desire a Guide. He draws us with Divine Wisdom dressed in robes of love and tenderness, inviting us to run into her arms. He infuses great principles within us, chief among them to avoid everything that is evil and to choose that which is holy, for holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity. Therefore as you pray for a clear sign, seek also the clearer light of His Word, of prayer, and of godly counsel, and be thorough in your decision to return unto the Lord with all your heart and to do that which is most pleasing to Him.

Our gracious Father, we thank You that You have promised to guide Your people with Your counsel and afterward to receive them to glory. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to Your throne, that You would grant to this dear one true wisdom for this decision concerning employment. Grant protection in the way, and keep from every evil path. If it be Your will to lead to a new company, open the door plainly and prepare a place where talents entrusted by You may be used faithfully for Your glory and for the good of others, and where there may be fellowship marked by kindness and integrity. If it be Your will to remain, give contentment and purpose there. Grant a decision made not in haste but in faith, with a heart fully submitted to Your will, and give peace and joy in whatever answer You provide. Cause Your will to be known through Your Word, through settled peace, and through providential leading, and let Christ, who is our wisdom, be trusted above all signs. We ask that You would be near, that You would guard and keep, and that You would cause this life to bear fruit for You. In the name of Jesus our Lord, Amen.

His Word says if anyone lacks wisdom to ask Him and He gives generously, and to trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding, and in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. I pray He will grant you that wisdom, steady your heart with His peace, and make your next step clear through His Word, through godly counsel, and through the doors He opens or closes.
