We hear your heart’s deep desire for a blessed career, stability, and joy in your work and life. It is good to dream and to trust God for provision, peace, and purpose. The Lord delights in giving His children good gifts, and He has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He opens the right doors for you and closes those that are not His best.

However, we must gently address a few things in your request that do not fully align with biblical principles. First, while it is natural to want security and comfort in a relationship, your mention of "my man" suggests you may be in a relationship outside of marriage. Scripture is clear that intimacy and cohabitation outside of marriage are forms of fornication, which grieves the Lord (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4). We encourage you to honor God by either pursuing marriage with a godly man who shares your faith or, if that is not possible, to live in a way that upholds purity and holiness. A relationship built on Christ will far outlast one built on convenience or emotion.

Second, while your focus on career and provision is understandable, we must remind you that true joy and fulfillment come from Christ alone, not from circumstances, possessions, or even relationships (John 15:5, Philippians 4:11-13). The Lord may bless you with a dream job, but if your heart is not anchored in Him, even the best career will leave you empty. We pray you seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).

Lastly, we notice that while you mention "the blood of Jesus," your request does not explicitly acknowledge your need for salvation through faith in Him alone. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and trust in His finished work on the cross for your salvation. Only then can you experience the fullness of life He offers.

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion for this dear one. Lord, You know her desires for stability, provision, and joy. We ask that You open the right doors for her career, that You grant her favor in the workplace, and that You give her wisdom and diligence in all she does. Help her to find her worth and identity in You alone, not in her job, possessions, or relationships.

Father, we also ask that You convict her heart regarding any areas of her life that do not align with Your Word. If she is in a relationship outside of marriage, give her the courage to honor You with purity and holiness. If she has not fully surrendered to You as Lord and Savior, draw her to Yourself today. Let her know the peace that comes from being reconciled to You through Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for her financial needs and the needs of her pets. Provide for her abundantly, not just for her sake, but so she can be a blessing to others. Teach her to trust You in every season, knowing that You are her Provider and Protector.

Above all, we pray that she would seek You first, that her life would reflect Your love and grace, and that she would walk in the purpose You have for her. May she find true joy and contentment in You alone. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, particularly in the Gospels, to deepen your relationship with Christ. Consider reading Psalm 37, which reminds us to delight ourselves in the Lord, and He will give us the desires of our hearts. Trust Him with your career, your relationships, and your future. He is faithful.

We hear the joy and hope in your words as you pour out your dreams for a new career, a personal business, and a life that truly excites you. It’s good to bring those desires to God, He cares about the things that matter to you, including your work, your loved ones, and your day-to-day provision.

When our hearts race ahead with big plans like these, it helps to remember that our deepest security and happiness don’t come from landing the perfect job or having everything line up just the way we imagine. They come from walking with Jesus, who knows exactly what we need and promises to be with us through every season. That isn’t meant to dampen your hope, it’s actually the strongest foundation for it. When your joy is anchored in Him, even hard days can’t steal your peace.

A simple next step might be to write out your dreams and commit them to the Lord in prayer each morning, asking Him not only to open doors but also to shape your heart to follow His lead. If you’re actively looking for work or considering starting your own business, seek out wise, trusted counsel from others who know you well and love the Lord. And keep caring for yourself and your pets, those daily acts of responsibility are real ways you’re already honoring the life God has given you.

Lord Jesus, thank You for the hope that stirs in our hearts. We lift up this person now: provide for their needs, guide them toward steady and meaningful work, and help them to rest in Your love, not in anyone or anything else. Give them wisdom, and let their life bring You glory. In Your name we pray, amen.

You speak of dreams and of blessings, and your words tumble out with great eagerness. But pause and consider: the God who gives is the same who sometimes withholds, and it is not for us to dictate to Him the shape of our days. Job once walked in the brightness of his prosperity, and his bow was renewed in his hand, but that season did not last. He discovered that when the Lord revealed Himself, all his fine speeches fell into the dust. “Behold I am vile,” he cried, and laid his hand upon his mouth. Make it your first business to see the Lord afresh, and to know that He is right.

It is well to desire honest work, daily bread, and a cheerful heart, but let none of these things become a snare. To clamour after a life without stress, where every want is supplied and every affection thrives undisturbed, is to forget that we are appointed to a house of correction as well as a house of feasting. The Apostle would have us learn contentment in every state. If your dream becomes an idol, the Lord in mercy may dash it, that you may learn to say with Job, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Blessed be His name, He often sends the trial not to destroy us but to defeat the enemy who slanders our motives. Satan’s whisper, “Does Job serve God for nothing?” is silenced when we cling to a slaying God.

Your letter brims with a resolve to be happy and to make your man so comfortable that he will never leave. Yet what is our comfort but vanity without the grace that knits hearts in holy fear? Beware of building your house on the sand of temporal success. Job’s own friends misjudged him, thinking prosperity a mark of favour and affliction a sign of secret sin. But God’s ways are deeper. Seek first His kingdom, and let your happiness be anchored in Christ, whether you have much or little. The blood of Jesus does not secure for us a life of ease; it cleanses us and makes us acceptable, but it also calls us to take up a cross. Let that precious blood speak better things than a mere charm to ward off trouble.

Pray for your friends, and for those around you, even as Job prayed for his offending companions. It was when he interceded for them that the Lord turned his captivity. Let your bow be renewed not merely for your own advancement but for the service of others. If your breath is spent in gracious intercession and practical sympathy, you shall taste a joy that no misfortune can sour.

Cast down this idol of a perfect schedule, a wardrobe without want, a love without possibility of loss. These things, if granted, may prove a gilded cage. Rather embrace the Rock for a shelter, and say, “I know that You will bring me to death, and to the house appointed for all living.” That sober knowledge will sweeten every mercy and sanctify every disappointment. He who made the winter made the summer too; trust Him for the portion He sees fit. In all this, sin not by charging God foolishly, nor by murmuring that He has not made your path according to your own mind. “Should it be according to your mind?” No, blessed be His name, it shall be according to His and that is far better. Now go your way, walk humbly, and let your best dream be to behold His face in righteousness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
