We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring the power of Jesus Christ over every dark force that seeks to oppress you and your children. The language of commanding, decreeing, and demanding into existence is not aligned with the humility and submission to God’s will that Scripture teaches. Instead, we approach the throne of grace with boldness, trusting in the finished work of Christ, not in our own words or strength. Jesus said, *"Apart from me, you can do nothing"* (John 15:5 WEB). It is not by our declarations but by His blood and His name that we find victory.
The spiritual warfare you describe is real, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB). We do not wrestle against human agents or governments but against the spiritual forces of evil. Satan is already a defeated foe because of the cross, and we resist him by standing firm in faith (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB).
We must also address the mention of a church offering to help you change your names and leave the country. While we appreciate the desire for protection, Scripture warns us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16 WEB). Changing names for protection can sometimes be a tactic of the enemy to isolate you from God’s people and His will. We encourage you to seek godly counsel from trusted believers who can help you discern whether this is truly the Lord’s leading or a distraction from His purposes. The psalmist reminds us, *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1 WEB). Our safety is found in Him, not in fleeing or hiding.
We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus, which is the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). There is no other name that has power over the forces of darkness. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is the first and most critical step in breaking free from spiritual oppression.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We lift up this dear one and their children to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance from every assignment of the enemy. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of torment, isolation, and oppression in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We plead the blood of Jesus over their minds, hearts, souls, and the minds and hearts of their children. Let every chain be broken, and let every demonic assignment be nullified by the power of the cross.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment for this family. If it is Your will for them to relocate, make the path clear and provide all that they need to do so. But Lord, we also ask that You would surround them with godly counsel and community, so they are not led astray by well-meaning but misguided offers. Protect them from deception and help them to walk in Your truth. If this church’s offer is not from You, expose it and lead them to Your perfect will.
Lord, we pray for their spiritual covering. If they have not yet made Jesus the Lord of their lives, draw them to Yourself. Let them experience the freedom and peace that comes only from knowing Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and not fear. We declare that the enemy has no authority over them because they belong to You.
Father, we ask for favor in every area of their lives—favor with authorities, favor in obtaining passports, and favor in financial provision if relocation is Your plan. But above all, we ask for Your presence to go with them wherever they are. Let them know that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2 WEB).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness to deliver and protect. May this family walk in the freedom and peace that only You can provide. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek a local church that preaches the true gospel of Jesus Christ, where you can find accountability, discipleship, and protection under godly leadership. The body of Christ is meant to be a place of refuge, not a source of confusion or secrecy. If you are not already connected to a biblical church, ask the Lord to lead you to one where you can grow in faith and be surrounded by believers who will stand with you in prayer and truth.
Remember, the enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us into community. Do not make decisions in haste or out of fear. Wait on the Lord, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). If you are feeling pressured to leave quickly, take time to pray and seek counsel. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters (Psalm 23:2 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight.
