New Boss/new Requirements At Job

Lord , my job just went from bad to worse and I don't know what to do...new boss, new requirements, new software, not being offered a transfer to another department, lowered pay, working all holidays...I can't take this and I am being really bad and not following any rules because I am so mad. Please at least let my former, kind boss come back, he was so fair and I wasn't afraid of him. Thank you, Amen.
