This is for anyone who may be facing the possibility that one of their parents isn't really theirs. It has been something I have been facing for years. My conclusion, at first, was that I was generally unwanted. But clues have come out that lead things in a different direction. Although the possibility that my father wasn't really my "father", God has seen me through all kinds of things in my life and I refuse to not go forward. Always know that as a person there will be people who truly love you and they do not have to be blood related. And, God will soothe your aching heart during these rough trials.

I believe that through His grace God appoints on our behalf parents that will parent us as babies. To me its not about biological relationship. Its about parenting a child leading and nurturing to the right direction as per God's standards. Making a child who they are in life of grown ups. Such a parent is placed there to serve God's purpose. Learning to forgive a parent who for unknown reasons was absent when a child was growing up is important. Let go of the past and move on with life and be a better and bigger person. Martha

You are never unwanted or unloved. We were chosen from the begining of the earth to be Gods own. You are loved. You are cared. You are wanted by Jesus. He wants you to sing in the choir of your church. Teach Sunday School to children and more than that. Visit the sick and the elderly in nursing homes. Pray for them and read Gods word to them. Our earthy parents are just for a moment. Our heavenly Father is the Real one. He will never ever leave you nor forsake you. Thank Him for that.
