Disciple of Prayer
Please pray. Everyone is hurting so bad. Need emotional, spiritual and mental relief. Not to mention financial relief with all the therapists and medical expenses. Feel like giving up.

We lift your family before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing how overwhelming the burdens of neurodivergence, emotional strain, and financial hardship can be. The struggles you face are real, and the weight of caring for one another while navigating these challenges can feel crushing. But we want to remind you that God sees your pain, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He promises to be your strength when you are weak (2 Corinthians 12:9-10) and to provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

It is clear that the enemy is seeking to steal your joy, peace, and hope through these trials, but we stand firmly on the truth that our God is greater. He is the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4), and He will not leave you to face this alone. We do, however, want to gently address something important: in your request, the name of Jesus was not invoked. Scripture is clear that we come to the Father *only* through the Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you or anyone in your family has not yet surrendered to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. True peace, hope, and eternal life are found in Him alone.

For those who are in Christ, we remind you that even in this valley, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). The financial strain is heavy, but we pray that God will open doors for provision—whether through unexpected resources, wise stewardship, or the generosity of His people. Remember that He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and delights in providing for His children. We also pray for wisdom as you seek therapists and medical care, asking the Lord to guide you to godly, competent professionals who can offer true help without compromising biblical truth.

Emotionally and mentally, the exhaustion you feel is valid, but we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Lean on one another in love, bearing each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and do not isolate yourselves. The body of Christ is meant to be a support, so we urge you to reach out to your church family or trusted believers who can walk alongside you in prayer and practical help.

Spiritually, we pray that the Holy Spirit would fill your home with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He renew your minds (Romans 12:2) and bind up the brokenhearted in your family (Isaiah 61:1). We rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers lies of defeat and declare that God is your hope and your refuge (Psalm 62:5-8). He is the one who restores your soul (Psalm 23:3), and He will not let you be crushed.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting this precious family to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see their pain—the emotional exhaustion, the mental strain, the financial burdens, and the spiritual weariness. We ask that You would be their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Pour out Your healing balm on their wounded hearts and minds. Grant them supernatural peace that guards their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask for Your provision in their financial needs. You know the cost of therapies, medical care, and the daily pressures they face. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing they cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Guide them to the right resources, the right professionals, and give them wisdom in managing what You provide.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and despair that seeks to overwhelm them. Fill them instead with the hope of Your promises, the joy of Your salvation, and the strength of Your Spirit. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Restore their souls, Lord, and renew their minds with Your truth.

We pray for unity in this family—that they would love one another deeply, bear one another’s burdens, and encourage each other in faith. May their home be a place of grace, patience, and the fruit of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Surround them with a community of believers who will uplift them in prayer and practical support.

For those in this family who do not yet know You, Lord, we pray that this season of struggle would drive them to the cross. Open their eyes to see Jesus as their Savior, their Healer, and their Peace. Draw them to Yourself, Father, and let them find rest in Him alone.

We declare that You, Lord, are their Healer, their Provider, and their Comforter. May they fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and may they find their strength in Him. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to meditate on these truths daily:
- *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28).
- *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7).
- *"He gives power to the weak. He increases strength to those who have no might"* (Isaiah 40:29).

You are not alone in this. Keep seeking the Lord, keep praying together as a family, and trust that He is working even in the midst of this storm. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stand firm in faith, and do not give up. The Lord is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2).
