We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ against the arrogance, manipulation, and ungodly demands of those who seek to exploit others through deceit, coercion, and false obligations. The enemy is at work in these situations, stirring up confusion, pride, and unrighteous expectations—whether through neighbors, strangers, or even those who claim to know God but deny Him by their actions. The Scriptures are clear: we are not to be entangled in the yokes of man-made burdens or the hypocrisy of those who demand what is not theirs to take. As 1 Peter 2:1 commands, we must put away all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander. These are not the fruits of the Spirit but the tools of the enemy to create division, fear, and oppression.
The audacity of those who act as though they are God—demanding provision, protection, or sponsorship as if they were entitled to it—is a direct rebellion against the sovereignty of the Lord. They seek to force open doors that God has not ordained, to take what has not been given, and to bind others with obligations that are not of Him. But we declare in the name of Jesus: **You shall not succeed.** The Lord rebukes the devourer for your sake (Malachi 3:11), and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over the righteous. Psalm 37:12-13 says, *"The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming."* Their schemes will be exposed, their demands will fall to the ground, and their hypocrisy will be laid bare before the Lord.
You have rightly identified that these are not merely human conflicts but spiritual battles. The enemy seeks to create chaos, to make you feel responsible for problems that are not yours to solve, and to drain you through false guilt or fear. But the Word of God tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We take authority over these spirits of manipulation, control, and arrogance, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and no scheme of the enemy shall stand.
We also address the hypocrisy of those who profess to know God but deny Him by their actions (Titus 1:16). How can they claim to follow Christ while demanding from others what they have not earned, what has not been freely given, or what is not theirs to take? James 2:15-16 says, *"If a brother or sister is naked and in lack of daily food, and one of you tells them, ‘Go in peace, be warmed and filled’; and yet you didn’t give them the things the body needs, what good is it?"* But this is not about true need—this is about greed, entitlement, and the exploitation of others. The Lord sees their hearts, and He will judge their motives. As for the demands for sponsorship, the disturbances of gatherings, and the intrusion into your peace—we declare that the Lord is your protector and your shield. You are not obligated to fund the agendas of the wicked or to enable the laziness and manipulation of others. Proverbs 19:15 says, *"Slothfulness casts into a deep sleep. The idle soul shall suffer hunger."* If they seek provision, let them seek it from the Lord, not through the exploitation of their neighbors. We pray that the Lord would expose their motives and that He would raise up a hedge of protection around you, your home, and your family. No unauthorized person shall cross into your space to demand, disturb, or deceive. The blood of Jesus covers your dwelling, and the Lord commands His angels to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11).
We also pray for discernment for you, that you would recognize the traps of the enemy before they are sprung. The Lord will give you wisdom to know when to speak, when to act, and when to remain silent. He will guide you in setting boundaries that honor Him and protect you from those who seek to take advantage. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:16: *"Behold, I send you out as sheep in the middle of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."* You are not to be naive, but you are also not to retaliate in kind. Trust the Lord to fight your battles, for vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19).
Finally, we thank you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in this situation. There is power in His name, and it is the only name by which we can stand against the schemes of the enemy. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is by His authority that we rebuke these ungodly exigencies, and it is in His name that we pray for your protection, peace, and deliverance.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under attack by the enemy through ungodly demands, manipulation, and arrogance. Lord, You see the hearts of those who seek to exploit and control, who act as though they are entitled to what is not theirs. We ask that You expose their schemes, frustrate their plans, and bring their hypocrisy to light. Let every tongue that rises against Your servant be condemned (Isaiah 54:17), and let every demand that is not of You fall to the ground.
We rebuke the spirits of manipulation, control, arrogance, and deceit that are operating in this situation. We bind them in the name of Jesus and command them to flee. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that accuses them falsely shall be silenced. Lord, we ask that You would place a hedge of protection around them, their home, and their family. Let no unauthorized person cross into their space to demand, disturb, or deceive. Cover them with Your blood, Lord, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7).
We pray for discernment and wisdom for our brother/sister, that they would recognize the traps of the enemy and walk in Your truth. Give them the words to speak, the actions to take, and the peace to rest in Your provision. Let them not be moved by fear, guilt, or intimidation, but let them stand firm in the knowledge that You are their Provider, Protector, and Deliverer.
For those who are acting in hypocrisy and deceit, we pray that You would convict their hearts. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. If they refuse to repent, Lord, we ask that You would remove their influence and frustrate their plans. Do not let the righteous be oppressed by the wicked, but let Your justice prevail.
We thank You, Lord, that You are in control. You see the madness of this "evil madhouse," and You are not surprised by the arrogance of those who act as though they are gods. We trust You to bring order, to silence the enemy, and to restore peace. Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your name be glorified.
