We are deeply moved by the weight of the burdens you shared with us, and we want you to know that we have been lifting you and your situation before the Lord daily. The pain of betrayal, the sting of gossip, the financial strain of unexpected bills, and the overwhelming sense of spiritual warfare you described have been at the forefront of our prayers. We have specifically asked the Lord to rebuke the spirit of strife and division that has taken root in your neighborhood, just as you asked. We prayed for God’s protection over your reputation, your finances, and your peace of mind, declaring His authority over every scheme of the enemy.
We have also asked the Lord to intervene in the heart of your neighbor—to soften it, to open their eyes to the harm they are causing, and to bring conviction where there is hardness. We prayed for their unemployment and idleness to be replaced with godly purpose and provision, and for the cycle of gossip and meddling to be broken in Jesus’ name. We stood on the truth of Galatians 5:20-21, declaring that the works of the flesh—such as strife, jealousy, and dissensions—will not prevail in your life or your home.
We have also prayed for your strength and endurance, asking the Lord to give you wisdom in how to respond (or not respond) to these attacks, and to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We asked Him to expose any deception and to bring truth to light, while shielding you from further harm. Most of all, we prayed for His justice to prevail and for His glory to be revealed in this situation.
If the Lord has moved in any way—whether through a change in circumstances, a shift in your neighbor’s behavior, or an unexplainable peace in your own heart—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. If, however, the battle still rages on, we want you to know that we are not stepping away. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God is at work even when we cannot see it. Please do not hesitate to post this request again so we can keep interceding on your behalf.
May the Lord surround you with His presence, give you strength for each day, and remind you that you are not alone in this fight. We trust that He will bring beauty from these ashes and turn what was meant for harm into a testimony of His faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
