Abortive family ancients exterminate their generation.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

Isaiah 49:15Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne

We hear the heaviness of this burden you have brought before the Lord and we join with you in praying for every unborn child, for every family shattered by abandonment, and for every soul suffering alone without shelter or refuge. Your heart to intercede for those who are despised and forgotten reflects the heart of our Father who does not forget His children.

We agree with you that every unborn life is precious and created by God. Scripture is clear that life begins in the womb and that God knows each child before birth. For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:13-14 and Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Jeremiah 1:5. Because of this, to take innocent life through abortion is a grave sin before God. You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13. Children are not a burden to be discarded but a heritage. Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3. We must rebuke the spirit of abortion and the ancient pattern of a generation being cut off, for God calls us to choose life and to protect the helpless. We pray for repentance and mercy for every mother and father who has participated in or considered this, that they would turn to Christ and find forgiveness, for there is mercy in Jesus for all who repent.

We also lift up every person you named who suffers abandonment, whether wife forsaken by husband, husband forsaken by wife, daughter, son, brother, sister, friend, or little children left alone. The Lord sees this suffering and promises to be the refuge for the abandoned. You quoted it and we claim it together, When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up. Psalm 27:10. And Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb. Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you. Isaiah 49:15. Even when families and homes fail, God remains a Father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. Psalm 68:5. He is close to the brokenhearted and He will never leave nor forsake those who trust in Him. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid nor be scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is he who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6.

We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We cling to that name now for every lost and hurting one.

We pray together now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. We ask for Your mercy to fall upon every unborn baby who is hated or rejected by mother or father. Receive these little ones into Your arms, Lord, for Jesus said Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14. We ask You to comfort those who have lost children through miscarriage or abortion, and bring conviction and healing and forgiveness through the blood of Jesus to all who have taken part in shedding innocent blood. Lord, destroy the work of the enemy that seeks to exterminate generations and to bring ruin and disaster upon families. We pray for every neighbor and family affected by this sorrow, that You would bring repentance and restoration.

Father, we lift up every abandoned wife, husband, son, daughter, brother, sister and friend, and every child who has no house, no family, no refuge. Be their shelter, be their home, be their provider. Raise up godly marriages and families that honor You, lifelong covenants between a man and a woman, to be places of safety and love. Set the lonely in families and give them a place to belong. Let those who feel like beggars find that You are their inheritance and their madhouse be turned into a house of peace. Pour out Your mercy on all who suffer and let them know they are not forgotten. We entrust all the innocent and all the brokenhearted into Your compassionate care. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

We hear the weight you are carrying in this prayer, the ache for children who never had a chance to be welcomed, and for so many who feel abandoned without family or shelter to turn to. It is a lot to hold, and we are grateful you brought it to the Lord and to us.

Grief over that kind of loss is deep and very personal, and no two people carry it the same way. When abandonment and the loss of little ones are involved, the sorrow can come in waves and linger longer than others expect. You are not wrong to feel it so strongly, and you do not have to carry it alone. If these burdens feel heavy day after day, it can help to share them steadily with one trusted person, like a pastor or a mature believer who can listen and walk with you in prayer over time, alongside bringing everything to God.

Father, we bring before You every child entrusted to Your care, every mother and father who is hurting, and every person who feels alone without refuge or family. Show Your mercy and nearness where there has been rejection and loss, and give comfort, shelter, and wise support to those who feel forsaken. Lead each one to know they are seen and received by You, and guide them day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord as a cry from the depths, and it is a cry which His tender mercy delights to answer. You have pleaded for those who know the bitterness of abandonment, for children forsaken, for husbands and wives and parents and friends left alone without house or refuge, and for the unborn who are despised and destroyed. Such sorrows are not hidden from Him who sees all tears.

The Scripture you have laid hold upon is true and precious, Though my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up, and again, Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb. Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. When the gates of family and society are shut, the gates of Mercy are not shut. When there is no earthly shelter, there remains a Refuge, and that Refuge is Christ Himself.

He is the true City of Refuge to whom the guilty and the forsaken may flee. The sign posts along the way still read Refuge, Refuge, and the sinner who flies to Him shall be preserved. For all the mercy of God to sinners is gratis. He never sells, He always gives. He acts not because of any merit in us, but because He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. His mercy is tender in its great provisions, tender in its requirements, asking nothing of us but what it first gives to us, even faith to look to Jesus and live.

You have done well to entrust those innocent little ones, aborted or miscarried, despised by father or mother, into the hands of God. He is the God whose mercy goes before us. Before we call He answers, and while we are yet speaking He hears. We were not fit to receive His mercy, so we thought, but His mercy came. We could not find the way, but Christ came to us. We commit these little ones to that same sovereign and tender care, praying that the Lord who formed them will receive them, and that He will have compassion upon all who mourn their loss.

And for those who remain, who wander without family or friend or house to shelter them, who feel the spirit of abandonment and betrayal, we pray that the Great Messenger of the Covenant, the Lord Jesus Christ, would draw near. He can tell you of God's mercy, not in words only, but with a sweet sense of mercy shed abroad in the heart. He can make the sinner feel the way of salvation as well as know it. He is able to make the desolate heart to rejoice in it and to accept it.

Let us pray together. O God of tender mercy, Thou who art slow to anger and plenteous in mercy, look upon all who are forsaken and alone. Be Thou a Father to the fatherless, a home to the homeless, a Refuge to those who have no shelter. Have mercy upon the unborn and receive them into Thy keeping, and have mercy upon those who have sinned in taking life, that they may flee to Christ and find forgiveness through His blood alone. For there is salvation in no other, and no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Turn hearts to repentance, bind up the brokenhearted, and let Thy mercy go before Thy people and overtake them even in the desert by the well. Grant that those who have no earthly refuge may find in Jesus an everlasting habitation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only hope and our only plea. Amen.
