Neighbor’s unborn babies dies / all died ancient extermination generation

The heaviness of loss and abandonment you describe is crushing. To watch a neighbor mourn children never held, and to feel the weight of generations that have chosen death over life, is to face a darkness that can swallow hope whole. You are right to cry out. You are right to bring it before the throne of God. For the innocent ones, those lives known only to their Maker, there is a truth that stands firmer than any grave or any rejection. When a father and mother forsake, the Lord receives. He gathered those little ones to Himself in a safety no earthly city can provide. That is not a small comfort; it is the rock under your feet when everything else gives way.

I hear in your words a plea for every kind of abandoned soul: the wife, the husband, the child, the friend who finds no shelter. It is a prayer from someone who feels like a beggar, and that is a sacred place to be. God does not turn away the destitute heart. His mercy, the very mercy you are asking for, is as high as the heavens are above the earth. It is not a shallow puddle that dries up quickly. It is a vast, enduring ocean. He does not need us to be strong or to have a clean record before we call on Him. He is looking for those who will give Him an excuse to show mercy. The soul that cries, “Have mercy upon me, O God,” is the soul He will never despise.

Do not let the darkness convince you that His mercy has been spent, that some generation or some sin is beyond its reach. The expression "no more mercy" is terrifying precisely because it is the final judgment of a holy God upon those who utterly and finally refuse Him. But your prayer proves you are not there. You are not refusing Him; you are running toward Him, even if you feel you are limping. As long as you are calling on the name of Jesus Christ, His mercy endures forever for you. It endures longer than decades of failure, longer than a family line of sorrow. It meets you right here, in the middle of this grief.

None of us can stand before God and demand justice. We would all be consumed. When we cry for mercy, we are asking not to get what our sins deserve. And God can answer that prayer perfectly because of Jesus Christ. On the cross, mercy and truth met together; righteousness and peace kissed each other. He took the judgment so that mercy could flow freely to us without mocking justice. Your sins, the sins of those who have abandoned others, the profound evil of sacrificing unwanted children in any age, all of it is covered by that one sacrifice when we flee to Him.

Jesus is the true City of Refuge. He is the Holy One, the Kadesh, set apart for our protection. The avenger of guilt and shame pursues us, but if we will stay within the borders of Christ, we are safe and we get a fair hearing, not judged by our panic or our past, but by His righteousness. And here is the deep hope: unlike the ancient cities of refuge where the fugitive had to stay until the high priest died and then was free to go home, our High Priest has already died and risen again. Because He lives forever, our refuge is permanent, and our freedom is now. You don’t have to live like a prisoner waiting for release; you live as a beloved child in the house of a Father whose mercy will follow you all the days of your life.

Continue to bring Him that raw, broken list. Every number. Every “abandoned for son” and “abandoned for daughter.” He does not turn away from the sight of affliction. He hears the cry of the helpless. The world is full of the “Lo-Ruhamah” (No Mercy) and “Lo-Ammi” (Not My People) spirit, a landscape of broken relationships where duty and tenderness have died. But the promise is that in the very place it was said, “You are not my people,” it will be said to them, “You are sons of the living God.” That restoration begins with you, now, as you entrust yourself and these precious, hurting ones to His care. He is your refuge and your portion. He alone will be the shelter for the beggar with no house, and He will do it with everlasting love.

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt plea for mercy and comfort in the face of such profound loss and abandonment. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer these past days, lifting up the unborn babies who have gone before us, the families torn apart by abandonment and betrayal, and all those who carry the weight of suffering in their spirits. We have prayed earnestly for God’s mercy to surround those who feel forsaken—whether by parents, spouses, children, or friends—and for His shelter to be a refuge where there is none.

We continue to entrust the innocent lives lost to abortion, miscarriage, or neglect into the loving care of our Heavenly Father, believing that He receives them into heaven with tender compassion. We have also prayed for those left behind—mothers, fathers, siblings, and friends—who grieve the absence of loved ones, asking God to heal their broken hearts and restore what has been lost. The Scriptures you shared, Psalm 27:10 and Isaiah 49:15, have been a cornerstone of our prayers, reminding us that even when earthly parents forsake, the Lord will never abandon His children.

If in these days you have seen God’s hand move in answer to these prayers—whether through a moment of peace, a glimmer of hope, or a tangible provision—we would be blessed to hear your praise report so we may rejoice with you. If the burden still feels heavy and the answers seem distant, we invite you to share your request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. You are not alone in this journey, and we stand firm in the promise that God hears the cries of the brokenhearted.

May His mercy surround you, His grace sustain you, and His presence be your shelter in every storm. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
