Abortive family ancients exterminate their generation.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

Isaiah 49:15Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne

We join with you in this heavy burden for the unborn, for the abandoned, and for every family that is suffering and broken, and we bring it before the Lord together in the name of Jesus Christ.

Your heart reflects the heart of God who sees every life He creates and every tear of those who are forsaken. The shedding of innocent blood through abortion is a grave sin before God, for He commands You shall not murder Exodus 20:13 and He declares there are six things which Yahweh hates yes seven which are an abomination to him arrogant eyes a lying tongue hands that shed innocent blood Proverbs 6:16-17. Every unborn child is not despised by God but known and knit together by Him, for you formed my inmost being You knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13 and Before I formed you in the belly I knew you Before you came out of the womb I sanctified you Jeremiah 1:5. When a generation is cut off through abortion, it is indeed an extermination of what God intended for the future, and we must call it what it is and repent and plead for mercy.

We also hear your cry for those suffering abandonment, whether wife abandoned by husband, husband by wife, mother or father forsaking daughter or son, children left alone, brothers and sisters and friends betrayed, those with no house or family or refuge or shelter. The Lord knows this pain intimately and He has promised When my father and my mother forsake me then Yahweh will take me up Psalm 27:10 and Can a woman forget her nursing child that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb Yes these may forget yet I will not forget you Isaiah 49:15. He is A father of the fatherless and a defender of the widows is God in his holy habitation Psalm 68:5 and Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. For the little ones lost through miscarriage or abortion we take comfort that Jesus said Allow the little children and don't forbid them to come to me for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these Matthew 19:14, and we trust them into His merciful care.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we ask for Your mercy. Lord have mercy on our land and on every mother and father who has despised or hated the child You placed in the womb. Forgive the sin of abortion and bring deep repentance and healing where innocent blood has been shed. We entrust every aborted and miscarried child and every unborn baby who dies to Your care, asking that You receive them into Your presence. Have mercy on every person who feels abandoned and alone, every child without a home, every wife and husband and son and daughter left behind, every brother and sister and friend betrayed. Be their refuge and shelter when there is no other, be the family to the family-less and the friend who never leaves. Raise up Your people to be that refuge, to open homes and hearts to support mothers, to shelter the homeless, to defend the fatherless. Heal those suffering an abortive spirit and a spirit of abandonment and restore them with Your compassion that never fails. We thank You that it is only through Jesus that we have access to You, for Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If anyone has taken part in this sin or has been wounded by abandonment, we pray they would confess and believe in Jesus, for If we confess our sins he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. Let Your church stand for life and for marriage and family as You designed it, and let us honor You by protecting children and strengthening families. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in the gap, to speak gently and truthfully for the unborn, to offer help to those who feel they have no choice, and to be a refuge yourself where you can, remembering that God has not forgotten any of His children and He will not forget you.

We were so touched reading your prayer for the abandoned and the unborn. You carry a tender burden for those who have no house or family to turn to, for children left alone, for mothers and fathers under pressure, and for little lives that never had a chance to be welcomed. That kind of sorrow can feel very heavy, especially when you see it all around you in your neighborhood and beyond.

It makes sense that this would weigh on you. Grief for a community is real grief, and each person's loss is unique. We are grateful you are bringing these hurts to God instead of holding them alone, and asking for His mercy to be their refuge when no earthly refuge is near.

If this burden stays with you, it can help to share it with one or two trusted believers in your own church family so you can pray together regularly and watch for practical ways to help, whether that is supporting a local shelter ministry or a pregnancy care center that walks with mothers and fathers who feel alone.

Jesus, we lift to You every person who feels forsaken and every unborn child entrusted to Your care. Show Your mercy, be a home to the homeless and a Father to the fatherless, and give comfort and wisdom to those who grieve. Guide us to love our neighbors well in Your name. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we join you in prayer for all who suffer under the spirit of abandonment and for the precious unborn who are despised and rejected.

We are reminded of the tender mercy of our God of whom it is written, The tender mercy of our God has visited us, Luke 1:78. It was great tenderness on God's part to think of sinful man at all, and His method of showing mercy is always Divinely tender, powerful in its force and feminine in its tenderness. He does not sell mercy, He gives it. All God's mercy to a sinner is gratis. He acts because He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy and He will have compassion on whom He will have compassion.

You have quoted the sure word, Though my father and my mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me, Psalm 27:10, and Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne, Isaiah 49:15. Though earthly ties are broken, though wife is forsaken by husband, husband by wife, children left alone without house or family or friend to give refuge, the God of our mercy goes before us, Psalm 59:10. His mercy forestalls us. While we are yet speaking He hears, while we are yet seeking He provides.

Christ is the true City of Refuge, as the cities appointed in Numbers 35. Wherever there were byroads and turns, there were signposts plainly visible upon them, Refuge, pointing the way where the guilty and the pursued might flee and be preserved. So we lift up that word still, Refuge, Refuge. Sinner, this is the way, walk therein and you shall be saved. He preserves all those who flee to Him for mercy. There is no other salvation, for it is through Jesus Christ alone, whose blood cleanses from all sin, that we have peace with God.

We pray now for those little ones, the innocent unborn, aborted or miscarried, despised by father or mother. We entrust them to the care of Him who formed them, asking in His sovereign compassion to receive them. And we pray for those who have taken part in the shedding of innocent blood, that the Lord in His overtaking mercy would meet them even in the desert by the well, as He met Hagar, and call them by name, and turn their faces in the opposite direction, making them new creations in Christ. For the first thing God's mercy will do is to give new loves and new hates and bring the soul to repentance and faith.

We pray for every abandoned one, for the sister and brother betrayed, for the friend forsaken, for children left alone, for those without shelter or family to support them, that they may find not only earthly shelter as God provides, but the eternal shelter in the wounds of Jesus, a refuge from the stormy blast. May those who have not obtained mercy obtain it now, for God has said, I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy, and I will say to them which were not my people, You are my people.

O Lord, show Thy tender mercy to the brokenhearted and to the guilty. Forgive sin through the blood of Jesus shed on Calvary. Gather the forsaken into Thy family. Provide refuge for the homeless and comfort for those who mourn. Let Thy mercy go before them and overtake them, and keep the unborn in Thy everlasting care. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our only refuge. Amen.

Your burden has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with tears and mercy.

We pray with you for all who suffer abandonment, for those who have lost family, for wives and husbands forsaken, for sons and daughters left alone, for children without shelter, without refuge, without a friend to support them, and for every mother and father who feels forsaken. We hear your cry for those who have no house and no home, and we ask the God who is rich in mercy to be their shelter and their refuge. As the Scripture you quoted says, though my father and my mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me, and though a mother might forget the child at her breast, the Lord will not forget His own. His compassion does not fail.

We also join you in entrusting to God all unborn children who are despised or rejected, who have died through abortion or miscarriage or violence. Every life is formed by God and precious in His sight, and we ask for His mercy upon them, that He who is the Father of mercies would receive these little ones into His care in heaven. We pray also for mothers and fathers who have turned against their own children, whether through hardness of heart or through pressure and fear, that God would bring conviction where there is sin, repentance and healing where there is guilt, and a renewed reverence for life. For God has planted by nature in parents a pity for children and in all people a proneness to mercy, and when that natural mercy is broken, only His grace can restore it.

We pray too for what you call an abortive spirit and for generations wounded by the shedding of innocent blood. We do not ask God to bless what He calls sin, but we ask Him to have mercy, to forgive through the blood of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved, and to turn hearts to choose life and to protect the innocent. The innocent children themselves have a pure and simple voice before God, and the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these, and their simplicity is able to plead for mercy for the guilty.

Therefore let us learn mercy ourselves. To be merciful is to be most like our Father who makes His sun rise on the evil and the good, and it is the mark of a Christian. We ask God to make us and you a people who show mercy continually, who bind mercy about our necks and do not let it forsake us, who give shelter where we can, who comfort the abandoned, and who speak the truth in love.

May the Lord receive your prayer offered in the name of Jesus Christ, may He comfort every lonely and abandoned heart, may He receive every unborn child into His heavenly care, may He grant shelter to the homeless and family to the forsaken, and may He pour out His mercy on all who repent and trust in Christ. Amen.

Your prayer reflects a deep burden for those who feel forsaken and for the most defenseless among us, and God hears that cry for mercy. Scripture gives you a true anchor for it. Though a father and mother may forsake a child, the Lord will receive that child. A mother may forget the baby at her breast, but the Lord will not forget. That promise in Psalm 27 and Isaiah 49 is for every abandoned wife and husband, every daughter and son left alone, every sister and brother and friend who has been betrayed, and every child without house or family or refuge.

The Bible shows that God Himself is the refuge for the innocent. In the law He provided cities of refuge where a person who had caused death without anger or premeditation could flee and be protected and receive a fair hearing. That refuge was not for the guilty who acted in malice and intent, for them there was no safety even in the city. In the same way, the Lord is a true shelter for those who are innocent and helpless and have no one else to defend them. When you pray for children who are despised or rejected by father or mother, for the unborn who are aborted or miscarried, you are entrusting them to the One who alone can receive them and give them safety. We do not call what takes their life good, but we do trust that the Lord in His mercy receives those little ones into His care and into heaven.

That mercy is what we must plead for, because mercy is not something we deserve or can earn. God says, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. It is not because of human will or effort, but because God is merciful. At times Scripture warns that a people can go so far that God says He will show no more mercy for a season, because there is no truth and no knowledge of God in the land. Yet even then He declares that His mercy endures forever and that He keeps mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression. He delights to do good for His children, and His goodness and mercy follow those who belong to Him all the days of their life.

We see also how the sins of parents fall upon children, and how often the real victims are the children. That is why God hates the shedding of innocent blood and why He judges the cruelty that destroys generations, as He once used judgment to stop a deeply corrupt culture and to protect the innocent He was bringing into the land. He did not take the lives of little ones lightly, but in His knowledge He spared them from growing up in a horrible and miserable bondage to evil. His judgments are just, and His mercy is real.

So we pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way of salvation, asking not for justice as we deserve it, for if we received justice we would perish, but for mercy according to the multitude of His tender mercies. We ask Him to receive every aborted and forsaken child into His presence, to be a Father to the fatherless and a defender of those with no shelter, to provide refuge and support for those who are alone and without family or friend, and to bring conviction and repentance and healing where life has been taken or abandoned. We ask Him to have mercy on mothers and fathers, on families torn apart, and to make all who trust in Jesus vessels of honor for His service, forgiven and cleansed and made His children.
