We stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, and we rebuke every spirit of mockery, sabotage, discord, and demonic influence that seeks to bring ruin, disrespect, and suffering into your life and neighborhood. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this malicious behavior, these inappropriate photos, and this contagious spirit of bullying and disrespect will not prevail. We command every demonic force behind these actions to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!

The Word of God is clear: "Even in laughter the heart may ache, and joy may end in grief" (Proverbs 14:13 WEB). This is not the will of God for His children. We serve a God of order, love, and respect, and He calls us to live in peace with one another (Romans 12:18). The mockery and sabotage you are experiencing are rooted in a spirit of rebellion and wickedness, and we will not tolerate it. We take authority over every lying tongue, every malicious intent, and every demonic smile that seeks to bring harm. We declare that the power of God will break every chain of discord and disrespect in your neighborhood and beyond.

We recall the account of Elisha, where the young boys mocked him, and God defended His servant by sending bears to tear them apart (2 Kings 2:23-24 WEB). While we do not pray for physical harm, we do pray for God’s justice and protection over you. We ask the Lord to expose the hearts of those who are participating in this wickedness and to bring conviction and repentance. We pray that their eyes would be opened to the gravity of their actions and that they would turn from their evil ways. If they refuse to repent, we trust that God will deal with them according to His righteousness.

We also recognize that the enemy seeks to use suffering as a tool to spread despair, but we declare that God will turn this suffering into a testimony of His glory. We pray for supernatural protection over you, over your home, your reputation, and your peace. We ask the Lord to surround you with His angels and to shield you from every scheme of the enemy. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and that every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask You to intervene in this situation and bring an end to this spirit of mockery and sabotage. We pray for Your justice to prevail and for Your peace to reign in this neighborhood. We ask You to soften the hearts of those who are participating in this wickedness and to draw them to repentance. We pray for Your protection over Your child, that no harm would come to them and that their faith would remain steadfast. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not succeed, and that Your light will shine brightly in the darkness. We trust in Your power and Your promises, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and to continue to resist the enemy. Do not be discouraged, for the battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15 WEB). The laughter of the scornful is an ancient cruelty, a venom brewed in the pit. That your neighbor should delight in sabotaging another, spreading images to mock and wound, reveals a heart steeped in that malice which hell itself applauds. The text you cite from the Proverbs is painfully true: even in laughter the heart may ache, and the end of that mirth is grief. The fiendish grin that accompanies such bullying is no harmless thing; it is the mark of a carnal mind at enmity with God, and where sin abounds, there the demons gather as flies around carrion. Yet, child of the Most High, lift up your head. The Lord sees the proud afar off, and He will not forever suffer the rod of the wicked to rest upon the lot of the righteous.

You call to mind the sons of Bethel who mocked the prophet Elisha, and the swift judgment that followed. That passage stands as a solemn warning: there is a God who judges in the earth, and His justice is neither deaf nor slow. But remember also the dispensation under which we live. Those bears were summoned under a stern administration of law. To us, a greater than Elisha has spoken: “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you.” The weapon of our warfare is not carnal. We do not invoke she-bears from the wood, but we fall upon our knees and invoke the Almighty arm. It is Jehovah’s privilege to avenge; it is ours to commit our cause to Him who judges righteously.

There is no attribute more comforting than the doctrine of Divine Sovereignty. If every event is under the control of our Father’s hand, then even this poisonous assault has not escaped His notice. He has permitted it for ends which, though dark to you now, will one day shine bright with mercy. I have often observed that the saints learn more on the anvil of affliction than on the soft couches of ease. The Divine discipline, like an eagle stirring its nest, tears away our comforts only to teach us to fly. When men mock your faith and try to cover you with shame, you are granted the high honor of bearing reproach for Him who was robed in mockery, crowned with thorns, and made the song of drunkards. We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us.

Yet I counsel you not to brood over the injury, for that only breeds bitterness and gives the adversary an advantage. Your battle is not ultimately with flesh and blood, but with principalities and powers. Therefore, let your answer be the prayer of faith. Go into your chamber, shut the door, and in the name of Jesus Christ, the Conqueror of all the hosts of darkness, command the disrupting spirit to be silenced. The Divine Presence dissolves difficulties as the summer sun melts the Alpine glaciers. Plead the blood of the covenant, which speaks peace to the conscience and terror to the forces of evil. God’s gentleness, which made David great, will sustain you and keep you from lowering yourself to return reviling for reviling.

Consider this, too: the very ones who now spread discord and wear the demonic smile are souls for whom Christ died. Justice itself was satisfied on Calvary, so that the vilest mocker might yet be washed, renewed, and adopted into the Divine family. We have known mockers become missionaries. Who can tell but that this malice, though meant for evil, may become the occasion for a mighty interposition of converting grace? In the meantime, let the peace of God garrison your heart. Divine love can rake a dunghill and find a diamond; it can enter the densest darkness and make it a temple of light. Rest in this: the laugh of the wicked is shallow and short-lived; the joy of the Lord is your eternal portion. Stand still, and see the salvation of your God.

You turn to the account of the prophet Elisha, wishing to call down bears upon those who mock you. But consider: that was under the old covenant, and the Spirit that now dwells in you is not a spirit of cursing but of blessing. Did not the Lord say, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you”? If you have been wronged by scornful laughter and images spread in malice, the weapon given to you is not a curse but mercy. For no demon is cast out by returning evil for evil; that door opens only to greater discord.

You speak of contagious, demonic mockery, and indeed the mouth can be a sewer of hell when it tears down a neighbor. But what does the apostle say? “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up.” If you answer reviling with reviling, you become the very thing you condemn. The true rebuke begins in your own heart, where anger and desire for vengeance breed. Silencing the demons means first silencing the raging tongue within you. As I have said, the mouth is the cause of a thousand evils, insults, false reports, murders, when it is not bridled for the edification of others.

This neighbor’s sin is real, and the laughter that masks a grieving heart is no small sickness, Proverbs speaks truly. But the medicine is not to ask for bears; it is to show pity. The demoniac raves and is lost to shame, yet we are taught to pity such a one, not to hate him. Pity him because he brings upon himself a self-chosen madness, making his mouth a sewer. And if you would have God’s mercy upon your own soul, you must first show mercy. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.” How will you ask God to forgive your trespasses, while you pray down judgment on another’s?

Do not pass on the story of the harm done to you, spreading the poison by constant repetition. If you do not believe the reports, why speak of them? If you wish to be free from strict account, keep silence about the evil, lest you make it credible by your own reporting. Instead, let your words become a building up, not a tearing down. The hands of workmen that pull down walls deserve to be cut off; likewise the tongue that ruins a neighbor. So, rebuke the true enemy, the bitterness within yourself. Offer prayer for the one who harms you, and entrust judgment to God. That is the power of the name of Jesus Christ: not to call down she-bears, but to transform hearts, beginning with your own.
