The works of the flesh you referenced from Galatians 5:19-21 are clear: hatred, dissensions, envy, and the like are contrary to the Spirit of God and will not inherit His kingdom. This neighbor’s actions are not just a nuisance; they are a manifestation of a heart that is not submitted to God’s will.
We must first address the spiritual reality of this situation.
