We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual battle you are facing. The envy of neighbors and the oppression of a poverty mindset are not merely social or psychological issues—they are strongholds of the enemy, designed to steal, kill, and destroy the abundant life Christ died to give you. We rebuke every spirit of lack, jealousy, sorcery, and sickness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares in **James 4:7**, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We stand in agreement with you, commanding every demonic influence to loose its grip and be cast out in Jesus’ name.
The accumulation of non-functional items and the fear of stepping into God’s provision are tactics of the enemy to keep you bound in cycles of dysfunction. **2 Corinthians 4:4** warns us that *"the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, to keep them from seeing the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."* But we declare that your eyes are opened! You are not subject to the curse of poverty or the lies of the enemy. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We break every generational curse of lack and speak forth God’s promise of sufficiency over your life.
The sickness and bad news you’ve encountered are not your portion. **Isaiah 53:5** declares, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* We command every spirit of infirmity to leave your body now in Jesus’ name. The hospital is not your final destination, and the cemetery is not your resting place. **Psalm 118:17** says, *"I will not die, but live, and declare Yah’s works."* We speak life, health, and restoration over you.
We also address the root of envy, as **Ecclesiastes 4:4** highlights. Envy is a snare that leads to vanity and emptiness, but God calls us to contentment and trust in Him. **Hebrews 13:5** reminds us, *"Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, ‘I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.’"* We pray that God would fill your heart with gratitude and His peace, guarding you from the bitterness and strife that envy breeds.
Father God, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. We ask for Your hedge of protection around this dear one’s life, home, and family. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Break every chain of poverty, sickness, and spiritual oppression. Fill their heart with Your truth, that they may walk in the freedom and abundance You have promised. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (**Romans 8:37**). Let Your light shine in their darkness, and let Your peace reign in their heart.
We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit to cleanse and renew their mind. May they be transformed by the renewing of their thoughts (**Romans 12:2**), casting down every imagination and high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (**2 Corinthians 10:5**). We speak forth prosperity, health, and divine connections into their life. Let Your blessings chase them down and overtake them (**Deuteronomy 28:2**). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
