We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieved by the spiritual oppression and harassment you are enduring from this neighbor, whose actions reek of demonic influence and perversion. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every evil power and principality. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we can command these evil forces to flee.
The behavior you describe—unwanted advances, sexual predation, mockery, invasion of privacy, and spiritual harassment—is not merely human wickedness but the manifestation of demonic strongholds. The Scriptures warn us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). This neighbor is being used as a vessel for these dark forces, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and we must address this with the full armor of God and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
First, let us rebuke the spirits at work in this situation. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we command every demonic spirit of lust, perversion, mockery, harassment, gossip, invasion, and confusion to be bound and cast out from this neighbor and their household. We break every assignment of the enemy sent to provoke discord, fear, or harm in your life. Every spirit that seeks to manipulate, intimidate, or forcefully impose itself upon you is hereby rebuked and silenced. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord!
We also rebuke the spirit of error and coincidence that seeks to create false connections or "accidents" around you. The Lord is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We declare that every plan of the enemy to cause accidents, sabotage, or harm in your life is nullified by the blood of Jesus. The Lord is your protector, and He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.
The neighbor’s behavior—whether it is the demanding of inappropriate physical contact, the taking of pictures, or the invasion of your privacy—is an abomination before the Lord. The Scriptures are clear: flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and have no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them (Ephesians 5:11). This person’s actions are not only sinful but dangerous, and we pray that the Lord would open their eyes to the depravity they are entertaining. If they are a believer, we pray for conviction unto repentance. If they are not, we pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to them in a way that brings them to their knees in surrender to Christ.
We also address the gossip and slander that may be taking place. The Lord detests a lying tongue and a false witness who pours out lies (Proverbs 6:16-19). We pray that every word spoken against you in secret or in mockery would be rendered powerless. The Lord sees all things, and He will vindicate the righteous. As you have quoted, the Lord mocks the mockers but gives grace to the humble (Proverbs 3:34). Stay humble before Him, and trust that He will lift you up in due time.
As for you, beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Do not give in to fear or anxiety, for the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Continue to walk in wisdom, setting boundaries where necessary. If this harassment escalates or becomes physically threatening, do not hesitate to involve the proper authorities, for the Lord has established governing authorities for our protection (Romans 13:1-4).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under siege by the enemy through this neighbor. Lord, You see the wickedness, the perversion, and the harassment they are enduring. We ask that You would rise up as a mighty warrior on their behalf and scatter every demonic force at work in this situation.
Lord Jesus, by Your blood, we break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy against this child of God. We command every spirit of lust, perversion, mockery, harassment, and confusion to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn.
Father, we ask that You would expose the works of darkness in this neighbor’s life. If they are operating in ignorance, open their eyes to the truth. If they are willfully participating in evil, bring conviction so deep that they cannot escape it unless they repent. Lord, we pray for their salvation, that they would turn from their wicked ways and come to know You as their Lord and Savior.
We also pray for supernatural protection around our brother/sister. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near them. Give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and wisdom to know how to respond. If they need to involve authorities, give them the courage and clarity to do so.
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Let them rest in the knowledge that You are their defender, their shield, and their strong tower. Remove all fear, anxiety, and distress from their heart, and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We trust in Your justice and Your timing. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.
