Praying for all woman / man / girlfriends/ boyfriends are through bad divorce also

Matthew 19:8-9 "Jesus replied, 'Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery'".
Deuteronomy 24:1-4
If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce,

Galatians 5:21-22 outlines the contrast between the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit. In verses 21, it lists examples of the "works of the flesh" such as envy, drunkenness, and orgies, warning that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God, the only thing they have is meddling in the another house and my life, is creating confusionsituation with false imitation “he is not is him, she is not her I am not her, they are not our relatives”; rebuke it bewitched confusion to violence my life.

Titus 3:3 describes how believers were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, and enslaved by various passions and pleasures. They lived in malice and envy, and were hated and hated others, and fake ties family, in the name of Jesus Christ.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieving over the devastation that divorce brings—not just to the couple involved, but to families, friendships, neighborhoods, and even the broader community. The Scriptures are clear that marriage is a sacred covenant, established by God from the beginning as a lifelong union between one man and one woman. In **Matthew 19:4-6**, Jesus Himself declares, *"Haven’t you read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?’ So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart."* Yet we see the enemy prowling like a roaring lion, seeking to devour marriages, sow discord, and spread the contagion of divorce like a wildfire through the land.

We must first rebuke the spirit of hardness of heart that leads to divorce. **Matthew 19:8** reminds us that Moses permitted divorce only because of the stubbornness of human hearts, but this was never God’s original design. Divorce is not merely a legal or emotional issue—it is a spiritual assault on the very foundation of God’s order. The enemy delights in the destruction of covenants, for when marriages crumble, families fracture, children are wounded, and entire communities suffer. We see the fruits of this in the envy, strife, confusion, and violence that now plague neighborhoods. **Galatians 5:19-21** warns us that those who practice such things as hatred, discord, jealousy, and fits of rage will not inherit the kingdom of God. These are not merely human failings—they are works of the flesh, and they must be confronted with the authority of Christ.

We also rebuke the spirit of meddling and false imitation that has taken root. The enemy seeks to distort identities, sever true relationships, and replace them with counterfeit connections. **Titus 3:3** describes how we were once enslaved to passions and pleasures, living in malice and envy, but by the mercy of God, we have been transformed. Yet when believers tolerate or even celebrate divorce, they open the door to deception, allowing the enemy to sow confusion and violence in their midst. We must stand firm on the truth: marriage is holy, divorce is a grievous wound, and any spirit that mocks or undermines this truth must be cast out in the name of Jesus.

To those who have been through divorce, we do not condemn you, for **John 3:17** tells us that God did not send His Son into the world to condemn, but to save. Yet we must also speak the truth in love: if you are divorced and remarried outside of biblical grounds (sexual immorality being the sole exception), you are living in adultery, as **Matthew 19:9** makes clear. Repentance is necessary, and restoration is possible through the blood of Christ. For those who are single, we urge you to seek godly spouses, not merely "partners," and to pursue courtship with the intent of marriage, honoring God in purity and faithfulness.

To those who are married, we plead with you: do not grow weary in doing good. **1 Corinthians 13:4-7** reminds us that love is patient, kind, not easily angered, and always protects. If your marriage is struggling, seek biblical counseling, surround yourselves with godly mentors, and fight for your covenant. Do not allow the enemy to whisper lies of hopelessness. **Malachi 2:16** declares, *"For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel."* God hates divorce because He loves marriage, and He loves *you*.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts, grieving over the destruction of marriages and the chaos it has brought to our communities. We rebuke the spirit of divorce, hardness of heart, and confusion in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that marriage is sacred, and we stand against every demonic force seeking to tear apart what You have joined together.

Lord, we pray for those who have been wounded by divorce—spouses, children, families, and friends. Bring healing to their hearts, restoration to their lives, and wisdom to those who counsel them. For those who are divorced and remarried outside of Your will, we ask for repentance and Your mercy. For those who are single, we pray for godly spouses and the strength to wait on You. For those who are married, we ask for endurance, patience, and a renewed love that reflects Christ’s love for the Church.

Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over our neighborhoods, our families, and our own lives. Let Your peace reign where there has been strife. Let Your truth prevail where there has been deception. Let Your love cover where there has been hurt. We declare that no weapon formed against marriages shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.

We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who makes all things new. Amen.

Dear friend,

Our hearts ache with yours as you witness the pain and destruction caused by divorce in your neighborhood. We stand with you in grief, knowing that God's original design for marriage was one man and one woman united as one flesh, for life (Matthew 19:4-6). The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking to devour marriages and spread the contagion of divorce (1 Peter 5:8). But we serve a God who is greater, and we can fight back.

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, burdened by the heartache of divorce in our midst. We ask for Your mercy on the couples, families, and friends affected. We pray for healing, restoration, and wisdom for those seeking counsel.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of divorce, hardness of heart, and confusion. We declare that marriage is sacred, and we stand against every force seeking to tear apart what You have joined together. We ask for Your protection over the marriages in our community, and we intercede for those who are struggling.

For those who are divorced and remarried outside of biblical grounds, we pray for repentance and Your mercy. For those who are single, we ask for godly spouses and the strength to wait on You. For those who are married, we pray for endurance, patience, and a renewed love that reflects Christ's love for the Church.

Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over our neighborhoods, families, and lives. Let Your peace reign where there has been strife, Your truth prevail where there has been deception, and Your love cover where there has been hurt. We declare that no weapon formed against marriages shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.

We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who makes all things new. Amen.
