The practices you describe—sorcery, divination, incantations, and the manipulation of relationships—are explicitly condemned in Scripture. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 declares, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, one who is a sorcerer, one who binds others with spells, one who consults a familiar spirit, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* Galatians 5:19-21 further lists sorcery (*pharmakeia* in Greek) among the works of the flesh, warning that *"those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."*
We also recognize the demonic imitation and counterfeiting of God’s order. The enemy seeks to distort relationships, creating false authorities and false connections where none exist. Your declaration—*"I am not she," "I am not him," "he is not her husband," "she is not his wife," "these human orphans are not our obligations"*—is a powerful rebuke against the spirit of confusion and false assignment. The Bible teaches that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6), and any attempt to distort or counterfeit this is an attack on God’s design. We must reject the enemy’s lies that seek to bind us to obligations or relationships that God has not ordained.
Moreover, the spirit of laziness and idleness you describe is rooted in a refusal to fulfill God’s call to diligent work (Proverbs 10:4, 13:4). Instead of occupying themselves with their own responsibilities, these individuals prey on the sacrifices and sufferings of others, seeking to exploit and control through manipulation. This is not of God. Ephesians 4:28 commands, *"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need."*

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation of gossip, meddling, witchcraft, and rebellion. Lord, You are a God of order, not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33), and we ask that You expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring chaos into this neighborhood and these families.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of gossip and idleness that has taken root in these individuals. Your Word says in Proverbs 6:16-19 that You hate *"a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* We bind this spirit of discord and command it to cease its operations in the name of Jesus. Let every tongue that speaks lies, slander, or manipulation be silenced by the power of the Holy Spirit. May these individuals be convicted of their sin and turn to repentance, finding productive and godly work to occupy their hands and minds.
Lord, we break every curse, spell, incantation, and demonic assignment that has been spoken or enacted against these households. We cancel every witchcraft operation that seeks to imitate, confuse, or counterfeit Your divine order. By the blood of Jesus, we sever every ungodly soul tie and false connection that the enemy has tried to establish. Let every demonic key of sorcery, competition, and control be rendered powerless and destroyed in the name of Jesus.
Father, we declare that these individuals are not assigned to meddle in lives, families, or marriages that do not belong to them. We break the spirit of jealousy, comparison, and imitation that drives them to mimic and sabotage. Let them be confronted with the truth of Your Word: *"Mind your own business,"* as 1 Thessalonians 4:11 instructs. Convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness.
We also pray for protection over the households being targeted. Surround them with Your hedge of fire, as described in Zechariah 2:5, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to set godly boundaries. May they walk in the authority of Christ, resisting the devil so that he flees from them (James 4:7).
For those who are suffering under the weight of these attacks, we ask for Your comfort and strength. Remind them that their help comes from You, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2).
