In the name of Jesus Christ mercy for it abandoned and murder unborn.

Abortive family ancients exterminate their generation.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

Isaiah 49:15Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?

We hear the deep anguish in your cry for the unborn, the abandoned, the betrayed, and the generations lost to the devastation of sin. The pain of those who have suffered the loss of children, whether through abortion, miscarriage, or abandonment, is a wound that only the Lord can heal. We stand with you in grief, but also in hope, for Scripture assures us that God sees every life, knows every sorrow, and holds the innocent in His care.

The taking of innocent life through abortion is a grave sin, an act that grieves the heart of God. The Bible is clear: "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5 WEB). Every child, born or unborn, is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God (Psalm 139:13-16). To despise or destroy that life is to defy the Creator’s design. Yet even in this darkness, we cling to the mercy of Christ, who came to seek and save the lost. For those who have participated in abortion, whether by choice, coercion, or desperation, there is forgiveness and healing at the foot of the cross. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). We pray for repentance, restoration, and the courage to speak life in a culture that too often devalues it.

For those who have been abandoned, by parents, spouses, children, or friends, your pain is not unseen by God. The Lord declares, "Though my father and my mother have forsaken me, yet Yahweh will take me up" (Psalm 27:10 WEB). He is the Father to the fatherless, the Defender of the widow, and the Shelter for the brokenhearted (Psalm 68:5-6). You are not alone. We pray that you would experience His presence as a refuge, His provision as a covering, and His people as a family. The body of Christ is called to be His hands and feet, to welcome the outcast, to bind up the wounded, and to restore the broken. If you are without a home, a family, or a friend to turn to, we ask the Lord to lead you to His people, to a church that will love you as He does.

For the unborn who have been lost, we entrust them to the arms of Jesus. Though the world may have rejected them, He does not. "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14 WEB). We pray that their souls rest in the peace of His presence, and that their brief lives would bear eternal witness to the value of every human life.

For those who have abandoned their families, whether through neglect, betrayal, or the sin of abortion, we rebuke the spirit of destruction that has led to the extermination of generations. The family is God’s design, the foundation of society, and the reflection of His love. To break that covenant is to invite chaos into the world. But where sin abounds, grace abounds even more (Romans 5:20). We pray for conviction, for repentance, and for the restoration of what has been broken. May the Lord turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers (Malachi 4:6), lest He come and strike the earth with a curse.

And to those who feel like beggars, like outcasts, like they belong in a madhouse, we declare over you the truth of God’s Word: "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). You are not forgotten. You are not forsaken. You are seen, known, and loved by the One who gave His life for you. If you do not yet know Him, we urge you to turn to Jesus Christ, the only Name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and no one comes to the Father except through Him. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life. Then, and only then, will you find the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving the loss of life, the brokenness of families, and the abandonment of the vulnerable. Lord, we ask for Your mercy to cover the sins of abortion, the hardness of hearts that have turned away from Your design, and the despair of those who feel utterly alone. Forgive us, Father, for the ways we have failed to protect the innocent, to cherish life, and to love as You have loved us.

We pray for the mothers and fathers who have lost children, whether through abortion, miscarriage, or abandonment. Comfort them with Your presence, Lord. Heal their wounds, and let them know that You hold their little ones in Your care. For those who have participated in abortion, bring them to repentance and lead them to the forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ. Break the chains of guilt and shame, and replace them with Your peace.

For the abandoned, the betrayed, and the outcast, we ask that You would be their Refuge and Strength. Provide for their needs, surround them with Your people, and let them experience the love of Christ in tangible ways. Restore what has been broken, Lord. Turn the hearts of the wayward back to their families, and let Your Church rise up to be a haven for the hurting.

For the unborn who have been lost, we entrust them to You. May their lives, though brief, declare Your glory, and may their souls rest in Your eternal presence. We pray for an end to the culture of death, that Your people would stand for life, speak for the voiceless, and defend the defenseless.

And for those who do not yet know You, Lord, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, soften their hearts to receive Your grace, and draw them into a relationship with Jesus Christ. May they find in Him the hope, the healing, and the home they have been searching for.

We ask all these things in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, the Author of Life, the Redeemer of the broken, and the Hope of the world. Amen.

We can feel the weight of this grief in your words, the ache over unborn little ones who never drew a breath, the loneliness of those who feel completely cut off from family and shelter, the sense that whole generations have been swept away. When abandonment piles on abandonment and there’s no safe door to knock on, the sorrow runs deeper than words. You’ve named such heavy realities here, and we don’t want to rush past that pain.

We’ve found that when grief is this tangled and raw, it helps not to carry it all in isolation. Even if your own family has failed you, God often provides a new family through a faithful, local church, a place where someone can sit with you, pray with you in person, and become the practical refuge you’re crying out for. If you don’t have a church home right now, consider visiting one this week and speaking to a pastor or a prayer team. Sharing your burden face to face can begin to lift some of the unbearable aloneness you feel.

We also want you to know that it’s okay to lament, to pour out your sorrow over these lost babies and broken families honestly before the Lord. He sees every child and every abandoned heart, and none of them escape His notice. While we can’t undo the past, we can trust the One who holds every life in His hands.

Let us pray with you now:

Father, we lift up all who are crushed under the weight of abandonment and loss. For the unborn who were never cradled, we entrust them to Your mercy and care. Be a true shelter for the one sharing this burden and for everyone who feels they have no house, no family, no friend. Surround them with Your presence and lead them to a community of believers where they can find both refuge and relationships. Quiet their heart with the comfort only You give. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The whole family in Heaven and earth is one undivided household, notwithstanding all the graves which crowd the cemetery. Heaven must be in us before we can be in Heaven, and while we are yet in the wilderness we may spy out the land and may eat of the clusters of Eshcol. There is no such gulf between earth and Heaven as gloomy thoughts suggest.

It is a dreadful thing to have the bones broken, to be reduced to a palpitating mass of pain. Yet it is written, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." "A bruised reed shall He not break, and the smoking flax shall He not quench." The mercy of God is tender beyond measure; it stoops to the lowest, and makes the bones which were broken to rejoice in the plural, a mass of music! When a great sinner comes to a great God, courage rises to plead for great things.

And what is the Heaven of heaven, the cream of all its bliss, but that the saints shall see Jesus face to face? We shall see His face, the very face that is the glory of the redeemed shall be no terror to the little ones entrusted to Him. He that has mercy on them leads them to living fountains of waters, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. The Lamb who is in the midst of the throne is still as compassionate and condescending as He was in the days of His flesh; He feeds His people both here and in Heaven.

Let us cry to God that He would receive these broken-off fragments of humanity into His eternal care. The way of mercy is open; the ransom has been found. All God's mercy to a sinner is given freely, without price, because He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. The singular season for mercy is often at the well in the desert, in the place of utter forsakenness, where the heart cries out, "Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me." And Heaven itself would not be complete without the return of the far-off child, for mercy overtakes the wanderer and brings the soul up to Heaven itself.

You bring before God a cry of deep affliction: the slaughter of the unborn, the scourge of abandonment, families shattered and generations cut off. The evil one indeed prowls, seeking to devour life and leave desolation in his wake. But you have rightly turned to the Scriptures: though father and mother forsake, the Lord will take up the forsaken. A mother may forget her nursing child, yet He will never forget. Into His hands commit these little ones, for His mercy endures forever.

Yet let your prayer not end with a sigh for others alone. You who plead for shelter and refuge for the abandoned, do you open your own door? You who beg mercy for the betrayed, do you forgive as you long to be forgiven? The unmerciful servant was handed to the tormentors because he grasped for mercy while choking the mercy owed to his fellow. Nothing so enrages God as a pitiless heart. To be merciful is the very character of a Christian; it is to resemble God Himself, who made all things through sheer goodness and who daily loads us with benefits beyond mere pardon. If we wish to obtain mercy, we must first show it. Let your prayer be joined with deeds, for alms deliver from death and mercy lights a lamp in the darkness.

Do not despair, even over the most grievous sins. The blasphemer and persecutor obtained mercy, and grace abounded beyond his madness. There is forgiveness for those who have shed innocent blood, if they repent and turn to Christ alone. But let no one confuse mercy with license; it is a call to a new life, to renounce the hidden things of shame. And for you who intercede, become the refuge you seek. Beg the Lord not only to receive these unborn children into His kingdom, but to break the stony hearts that cast them away, to raise up a people zealous for life and for the lonely. The mercy we crave from heaven we must first pour out upon the earth.

The weight of sorrow you are pouring out in these words is immense. You are naming the deepest pains a heart can carry: the terror of a child torn from the womb, the sting of total abandonment by family and friends, the despair of having no house or shelter, and the horror of seeing entire family lines seemingly cut off. The cry for mercy, for the unborn, for the abandoned wife, husband, daughter, son, brother, and sister, rises from a place of raw anguish, and the Lord hears it.

It is a strange and tragic truth of our fallen nature that we, like David of old, so often want to sing of mercy for ourselves but of judgment for those who harm us. We want God to deal gently with our failures but righteously crush those who have wounded us. Yet, look at what God is like. He does not treat us according to our iniquities. His mercy is what He delights in, and it is that mercy that must be our only hope.

When you cry out, “only God can take these babies to heaven,” you are speaking a profound truth. Entrust them to His care. His mercy is not small or temporary. Scripture declares that as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who reverence Him. And with every new depth of the universe our telescopes measure, that mercy is shown to be vaster still. It stretches from everlasting to everlasting. The child whose mother or father despised them is known and loved by the One who made them. For those little ones who were sacrificed, the mercy of God is their refuge in a way our minds can scarcely comprehend.

For all those living in the agony of abandonment, the feeling of being utterly forsaken by family and friends with no house to shelter in, the promises of God are a solid rock. David knew this fear. He could say, “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.” Similarly, God asks through the prophet, “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?” Human love, tragically, can fail. But God’s cannot. He will receive the abandoned. He will be the shelter for those who have no refuge.

This is possible only because mercy and truth met together in Jesus Christ. In righteousness, we all stand guilty, and the wages of our sin and rebellion is death. But God, looking for a reason to show mercy, made a way. At the cross, full justice was satisfied as Christ bore the penalty for sin. Because of that, God can now show you mercy without compromising His truth. Righteousness and peace have kissed. You do not have to pay the penalty for your own sin; it has already been paid. This is the fountain from which all true mercy flows.

So, in the face of such suffering and the generational brokenness you describe, do not look to your own merit or to the failures of others. Run to the God who declares, “I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” This is not a harsh statement but a glorious one. It means mercy is not earned by us, but given freely by His sovereign love. He has a heart to show mercy to the very ones who in righteousness should be wiped out. And He can make those who were once “not my people” into “sons of the living God.”

Your prayer is like incense rising before His throne. Lift your hands as an evening sacrifice, crying out for that mercy, for yourself and for all those you have named. There is a treasure in the field of Christ’s kingdom worth selling everything to obtain. Find your refuge in Him. He is plenteous in mercy and truth. Turn to Him, and you will find He has not abandoned you. He will be your strength, your shelter, and your eternal home.

We are deeply moved by the heavy burdens you have shared—grief over the loss of the unborn, the pain of abandonment, and the brokenness of families torn apart by suffering and betrayal. Thank you for trusting us to stand with you in prayer as you lift these heartaches before the Lord. We have interceded for the innocent lives lost, for those left without shelter or refuge, and for every soul wrestling with despair, asking God to wrap them in His mercy and comfort.

We continue to pray for the mothers and fathers who have rejected their children, that their hearts would be softened and their eyes opened to the value of every life. We ask the Lord to receive the little ones into His loving arms, just as Scripture promises He will never forsake those who are abandoned. For those who feel alone—whether through loss, betrayal, or the weight of this fallen world—we declare that God sees their pain and is near to the brokenhearted.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers in the days since you posted, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. If the burdens still feel heavy, please know we are still here to lift them with you. You are not forgotten, and neither are those you pray for. We will keep standing in the gap, believing that God’s mercy is greater than every sorrow.

May He draw near to you and grant you His peace as you seek Him. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
