We hear the deep burden in this prayer and we join together before the Lord with a heavy heart for the unborn, for the abandoned, and for families broken by disobedience and abuse and by what you rightly call an abortive spirit that seeks to exterminate generations.

The Word of God is clear that every child is known and formed by Him and that life in the womb is precious and protected. For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. Psalm 139:13 and Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you. Before you came out of the womb, I sanctified you. Jeremiah 1:5 and Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3. To take that innocent life is to violate the command You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13. We rebuke the spirit of abortion and the shedding of innocent blood, and we grieve that in neighborhoods and families across generations, children despised or hated by their own mother or father are destroyed, when God alone is the giver and taker of life. We also rebuke the disobedience, abuse, and abandonment that leaves wives without husbands, husbands without wives, parents without children, and children without parents, alone and without house or refuge. This is not the design of God, who ordained marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman and who ordained the family to be a place of protection and love.

Yet even in such profound loss and betrayal, we cling to the mercy and faithfulness of God for those who feel forsaken. When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up. Psalm 27:10 and Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you. Isaiah 49:15. He is A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the lonely in families. Psalm 68:5-6 and God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. For those who are suffering abandonment, sleeping without shelter, betrayed by friend or brother or sister, we are reminded Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid, nor be scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6.

We thank you for entrusting these innocent, aborted and miscarried children to God's care and for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we come to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rest in the truth that Jesus said, Allow the little children, and don't forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. Matthew 19:14, and we trust His mercy to receive them into His presence.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and ask for Your mercy upon our neighborhoods and our generations. Forgive us where we have allowed the extermination of the unborn and where families have been torn by abandonment and abuse. Lord, receive every unborn child who was despised and murdered into Your heavenly care and comfort those mothers and fathers who need repentance and healing. For every wife abandoned, every husband abandoned, every son and daughter left alone, every child without a home, we ask that You would be their refuge and shelter. Set the lonely in families and raise up Your people to open our homes and hearts to the fatherless and the forsaken. Heal the suffering and the abortive spirit in our lives and turn our hearts back to You and to one another. Let Your compassion rest on those who have no family or friend to support them, and let them know they are not forgotten by You. We ask that You would restore godly marriages that honor You and bring forth generations that walk in obedience. Have mercy, Lord, and let Your will be done, and let Your kingdom come among us. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand for life and to be a refuge where God places you. If you see one alone or abandoned, show the love of Christ in practical help, a meal, a place of shelter, a listening ear, and point them to the only true refuge who will never leave them. The Lord will not forget His own.

We hear how much you are carrying as you pray for so many who feel abandoned, children without family or shelter, parents and spouses left alone, and unborn babies entrusted to God. It is a tender and heavy burden to hold, and we are grateful you brought it to the Lord and shared it here.

When grief touches so many places at once, a neighborhood, a family line, a whole community, it can feel overwhelming and hard to put into words. There is no single way that kind of sorrow is supposed to look. It makes sense that your heart would move between mourning real losses that have already happened and fear for what might still be lost.

You do not have to carry all of this alone. If it would help, consider sharing this prayer burden with one trusted pastor or a small group in your local church who can stand with you regularly, so the weight is held together and practical needs for shelter and care can be noticed close to home.

Father, we bring before You every child and adult who feels forsaken and without refuge, and every unborn life despised or lost. Show Your mercy and care, bring comfort where there is abandonment, and guide those without shelter to safe help. Give our friend rest as he prays, and let him know he is not alone as he seeks You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your heavy burden has been laid before the Lord and we have heard the cry that rises from it, for the unborn, for the forsaken, for families broken and scattered, for those who have no house, no refuge, no friend to shelter them.

The Scripture you have set before us is true and full of comfort, Though my father and my mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me, and Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne, though she may forget, I will not forget you, saith the Lord. What man forgets, what mother or father in hardness of heart may despise, the Lord does not forget. He sees Hagar in the wilderness when she flees and thinks no man cares for her soul, and His mercy overtakes her there. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and there is a balm, there is a Physician who can give joy to the troubled countenance and calm the heart now swelling with grief.

We join you in entrusting to the tender mercy of God those little ones who have been despised and cast away, the aborted and the miscarried, the innocent who never drew breath in this world. The mercy of God is boundless and the heaven of God is wide and large, and we plead that mercy which delights to save and which has no pleasure in the death of the wicked but that the wicked turn from his way and live. We do not preach a little God for great sinners, but a great God whose grace can pardon great sin. There is not one heaven for great sinners and another for little ones, but one heaven for all who repent and trust in Jesus Christ, for salvation is in Him alone, and except a man be converted and become as a little child he shall in no wise enter the kingdom.

We pray also for those who suffer abandonment, for wife forsaken of husband and husband forsaken of wife, for daughter and son left alone, for sister and brother betrayed, for friend forgotten, for every lonely child and every wandering soul who cries for shelter. May the Lord who is a refuge from the stormy blast be their dwelling place, and may He stir up His people to show that mercy in deed, to open hand and house to the fatherless and the widow in their affliction. We pray for families, that God would restore them according to His holy ordinance, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is to be kept within that covenant in purity and faithfulness. Where there has been disobedience and abuse, where generations have walked in sin, we pray that the Lord would turn faces in the opposite direction, that He would grant repentance and faith, that righteousness might be established and oppression and terror be far removed.

For those who have sinned in the shedding of innocent blood, or in the forsaking of vows, we do not ask God to bless the sin, but to show mercy to the sinner upon repentance, that sin may be pardoned through the blood of Christ and healing may come from the pardoning hand. The imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth, and we are all in need of that mercy which was laid by for us in covenant before we had any being, mercy which goes before us and follows after us, mercy which meets us while we are yet speaking and while we are yet calling.

May those who now hope in His mercy learn also to fear Him, for they are the same persons, and may that hope be a sure sign of grace. Come and find in Jesus wounds a refuge, and be of good cheer, for the days of sad and terrible widowhood shall be surpassed by the abundance of mercy which He will give to those who trust Him.

We pray, O Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, have mercy. Receive the forsaken, comfort the abandoned, be Father to the fatherless, and take the precious little ones into Thy gracious keeping, for Thou doest right. Heal the wounded, pardon the guilty who repent and believe, and establish Thy people in righteousness and peace. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for the abandoned and for unborn children has been received and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with sorrow and hope.

We hear your grief for children lost before birth, for families broken by abandonment and betrayal, for wives and husbands, sons and daughters left alone, for those without house or refuge, and for generations wounded by disobedience and abuse. God sees all of this suffering and does not turn away from those who cry to Him for mercy.

The Scripture you quoted is true and remains our comfort. Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me, Psalm 27 verse 10, and can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne, yet even if she forgets, I will not forget you, Isaiah 49 verse 15. The Lord does not forget the forsaken, the lonely, or the smallest among us.

We pray with you that God will show His mercy. We entrust every unborn child, whether lost through miscarriage or taken through abortion, to His compassionate care, asking that He who formed each life would receive them according to His great goodness and mercy. We pray also for mothers and fathers who feel despised or who despise the life entrusted to them, that God would bring conviction, healing, and hope, and that He would lead them to choose life and to find forgiveness and new life through Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other name.

We pray for all who suffer abandonment and betrayal, for children without shelter, for brothers and sisters and friends left without refuge, that the Lord would provide shelter, faithful community, and help in time of need. We ask Him to raise up those who will show mercy, for mercy is the mark of those who have first received mercy from God. As we have been forgiven much, so we are called to forgive and to show mercy to our neighbors, and in doing so we lay up hope for ourselves on the day when we also will need mercy.

May the Lord heal what has been broken in families and in generations past, break the patterns of sin and abuse, and establish homes in righteousness and love according to His design for marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and for family life rooted in faithfulness.

We ask all this not because we deserve it, but because God is merciful and His grace is abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. May He have mercy on us, forgive our sins, and lead us to walk in works worthy of His mercy, showing compassion to those who are cast down and remembering the poor and the helpless.

We continue to pray that the Lord will receive your intercession, comfort the abandoned, defend the helpless, and be a refuge for all who have no other refuge, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
