I have a neighbor who is mentally ill. A family member pays her light bill and rent. She never has food, toilet paper, and other necessiities. She asks people for them. She walks around outside with no shoes not realizing that she can cut her feet. People try to take advantage of her sometimes. Please pray that she gets whatever help she really needs.

sounds as though family are neglecting her, do u think they have tried get her home support?
