Scripture is clear: "Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; about which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom" (Galatians 5:19-21 WEB). These actions are not merely human failings; they are open doors to demonic influence, and we must address them with the truth of God’s Word.

We command the spirit of laziness and idleness to flee, for Scripture warns, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread" (2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB). Scripture says, "At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy" (Titus 3:3-5 WEB). There is hope in Christ! Repentance is available to all who seek it, and the blood of Jesus cleanses from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We urge you to lay down these destructive habits and surrender to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

We pray that the Lord would surround you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with wisdom, discernment, and strength to resist the enemy’s schemes. You are not alone; the Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
