Negative test result

Please help me get a negative result on my mammogram no abnormal findings no concerns no cancer. I know I have changes to make to improve my health and my family life. I promise to make those changes.. please forgive me for my failures and the strength to make it through my mammogram. Please have there be no abnormalities and no concerns I pray for a negative result in a normal mammogram Amen

We join with you in prayer for your mammogram and we lift up your heart's cry before the Lord, for He hears and He cares deeply for you.

We hear your fear and your desire for a good report, and we also hear your humble heart confessing failures and wanting to make changes in your health and family life. We want to encourage you that God is merciful and gracious to forgive when we come to Him with a repentant heart. As it is written, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. And, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3.

We also want to gently encourage you about the promise you have made to make changes if God grants this request. God does not want us to bargain with Him, but to obey Him out of love and gratitude because He has already loved us so much. Your desire to improve your health and your family life is good and honors God, for our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and our families are entrusted to us by Him. We pray that you will pursue those changes not as a payment for His favor, but as a response to His grace and as good stewardship, whether the result is as you hope or not. Do not be anxious about the outcome, but trust His perfect will for you.

We noticed your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus. We say this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are forgiven and saved. As Scripture says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12. To be saved we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ for forgiveness and eternal life.

We pray now together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You know her anxiety as she waits for her mammogram and You know her heart's desire for a negative result with no abnormal findings, no concerns, and no cancer. Lord, we ask in Jesus' name that You would grant her peace that surpasses all understanding and that You would calm her fear. We pray, Be not afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We ask that You would guide the hands and eyes of the technicians and doctors, and we pray for Your mercy that the results would be normal and clear. Yet above all we pray for Your will to be done, trusting that You work all things for good for those who love You.

Lord, we thank You that You forgive our failures when we confess them through Jesus. Give her strength and wisdom to make the health and family changes she desires, not out of fear or bargaining, but out of love for You and desire to honor You with her life. Help her to cast all her worries on You because You care for her. 1 Peter 5:7. And we pray, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We also speak Your healing and restoring power over her body, for You have said, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.

We entrust her fully to Your loving hands, praying all these things in the saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every worry to the Lord, to follow the medical guidance given to you, and to walk daily with Jesus, trusting Him with both the results and the future. He is with you in the waiting room and beyond.

We hear how heavy this waiting feels and how much you want this mammogram to be clear with no abnormalities or concerns. It is understandable to feel on edge before a test like this, and to want strength just to get through the appointment itself. We are standing with you in prayer.

We also hear your desire to make changes for your health and your family, and your honest prayer for forgiveness. You do not have to bargain for God's care. He already sees you and loves you, and He welcomes you to come as you are. Real change grows best one small, steady step at a time with His help, not from pressure to fix everything at once.

As you go to the appointment, it can help to bring someone you trust to wait with you and to listen with you. You might write down any questions you have beforehand and jot down what the care team says about results and next steps, so you do not have to hold it all in your memory. Be sure to follow up promptly with your doctor for results and guidance, alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our sister to You as she waits for this mammogram. Surround her with Your peace and presence, calm her heart and body, and give wisdom to the medical team caring for her. We ask for Your mercy and healing according to Your will, and for strength to trust You whatever the result shows. Help her to walk forward in Your grace day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been laid before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace on your behalf, asking the Lord to look upon you in tender mercy in this hour of waiting and fear.

You ask for forgiveness for your failures and for strength to endure, and you promise changes in your health and in your family life. Hear this gracious truth, that there is forgiveness with God, but that forgiveness is only to be obtained from God, through Jesus Christ, His Son. It is not earned by our resolutions or our promises to do better, though a changed life should follow a changed heart. It is a divine forgiveness, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and it is surprising and complete, bestowed freely through the precious blood of Christ. If you tremble and shake for fear and with a penitent heart desire forgiveness, believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, even as Martin Luther was bidden to do, and trust wholly in Christ who bore our sins. When that forgiveness is received, the Lord puts a new heart within us and His fear within us, not a servile dread, but a holy awe which leads us to love and serve Him.

We have prayed that the Lord in His compassion would grant you a normal mammogram with no abnormal findings and no cause for concern, and that He would keep you from the affliction of cancer. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed upon the Lord's people. We ask the Great Physician to grant you that healing, to guide the hands and eyes of those who examine you, and to give you peace while you wait.

Yet we pray above all that whether the report be as you hope or otherwise, you may know that your sins are forgiven and that you are held fast in Christ, so that you may not say in despair, I am sick, but may say, I am forgiven, and therefore I will fear the Lord and trust Him. May He give you strength for this trial, comfort for your family, and grace to walk in newness of life by His Spirit, not in your own strength but in His.

We will continue to plead for you, that the Lord would show you mercy, grant you health as it pleases Him, and above all keep you near to Christ where forgiveness and healing flow.
