MsRyan - If you are having trouble with understanding, the Living Bible is excellent. However if you are wanting a easy translation, try the Everday Bible. Before you begin to read, invite the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the truths Jesus wanted you to know.
If you have questions, bring them to us. We have pastors and deacons and lay people who are in the word and understand its meaning. We would be happy to translate if you get stuck.
