As Holy spirit leads. At hole my roomates persecute me betray me when all i do is show them uncomditional love and support being elderly and the parents of my landlord. My pets troubling me being needy when all i do.is give them everything. At work i do my job and have bedn targeted for no reason. At my new church everyone has tunnel vision and make me feel i am invisible. My kids, family, friends all abandoned me rejected me in isolation. I am exhausted discouraged and dont know what more or else to do or who to turn to but God who i feel has also left me when he lets my enemies gloat and triumph over me. What do i have to live for and why am i even here. Finanical breakthrough. My kingdom spouse, helpers i wait for this amswer to pray 55 years now. Whats happening?

We hear your cry for peace of mind and heart and we join with you in seeking the leading of the Holy Spirit, for we know how heavy and exhausting it feels when every area of life seems to press in at once. You have poured out unconditional love and support to your roommates who are elderly and the parents of your landlord, yet you feel persecuted and betrayed in return, your pets feel demanding, you are targeted at work for no reason, you feel invisible at your new church, and your children, family and friends have left you in isolation. With all of this you are asking what you have to live for and why you are even here, and you are waiting so long for financial breakthrough and for your kingdom spouse and helpers after 55 years of prayer. We weep with you and we want you to know you are not invisible to God and you are not without purpose.

We want to gently correct the thought that God has left you or forgotten you when He allows your enemies to seem to triumph. That feeling is very real when you are discouraged and exhausted, but it is not the truth of His promise. He says in Hebrews 13:5 I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you, and in Deuteronomy 31:6 He will not fail you nor forsake you. In Psalm 34:18 we are told Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. When your heart is overwhelmed, He is the rock that is higher than you as Psalm 61:2 says. Even if Psalm 27:10 says When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up, how much more will He take you up when you feel abandoned on every side. He has not left you, He is carrying you even now.

We also noticed your request speaks of God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and peace with Him. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is in His name we pray and find peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4:6-7 promises, the peace that will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus when you make your requests known to God.

Your weariness and the question of why you are here touches our hearts deeply. You are here because God created you on purpose and He loves you and has a purpose for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 He says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. In Matthew 11:28 Jesus invites Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We urge you not to remain alone in these thoughts of despair but to reach out to a trusted pastor or mature believer at your church and to let someone near you know how deeply you are struggling so they can walk with you, pray with you and help bear this burden.

For your roommates and workplace, the Lord calls us to love even when we are mistreated, but He also gives us wisdom. In Matthew 5:44 He says love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We pray you can continue to show Christlike love while also seeking healthy boundaries and godly counsel about your living situation. At work, remember Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that your true reward comes from Him even when people target you unjustly, and in Romans 12:19 we are reminded not to avenge ourselves but to leave room for God's justice.

For your church family, we understand the pain of feeling invisible when others seem to have tunnel vision. The body of Christ is meant to be a family where each member is seen and valued as 1 Corinthians 12:26 teaches. We encourage you to not withdraw but to gently make your need known to a pastor or elder, and to keep seeking fellowship where you can be known and encouraged.

For your pets, we know stewardship can feel overwhelming when you are already stretched thin, yet God sees your care for His creation and in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you, including these small daily stresses.

For your financial need, we pray for God's provision and wisdom. In Philippians 4:19 we cling to the promise My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and we pray He will open doors for work and stewardship that honors Him.

For your long wait for a kingdom spouse, we honor your desire for a godly marriage. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman as God designed from the beginning in Genesis 2:24 Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. We pray that if it is His will, He will bring you a godly spouse who is a fellow believer in Christ, and that your courtship would be pure and aimed toward holy marriage rather than mere partnership. Sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and does not honor God, so we encourage you to continue to wait in purity and hope. In Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, and we pray He sustains you as you wait, even after many years, for He hears every prayer and His timing is perfect even when we do not understand it as Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us that His mercies are new every morning.

We now pray together for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard heart and mind. When exhaustion and discouragement say You have left, remind this precious soul that You never leave nor forsake, that You are near to the brokenhearted. Give rest to the weary and burdened, lift the weight of isolation and rejection, and let Your presence be felt in a powerful way. Comfort the pain of betrayal by roommates and targeting at work, and give wisdom for boundaries and for daily provision. Provide financial breakthrough according to Your riches and open doors no man can shut. For the loneliness and long wait for a godly spouse and helpers, we ask for Your perfect will to be done, for a marriage that honors You if it is Your plan, between a man and a woman joined for life, and for godly community to surround and see and love this one. Holy Spirit, lead and guide each step, renew hope and purpose, and remind this heart that life is precious because it is given by You and held by You. Restore joy and strength as Isaiah 40:31 promises to those who wait for Yahweh. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and access to You, amen.

We want to pause first for your safety because you mentioned not knowing what you have to live for. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right now. We hear how heavy this season has been for you. To feel persecuted at home, targeted at work, invisible at church, and then abandoned by family and friends, all while caring for others and for your pets, would leave anyone exhausted and discouraged. It makes sense you are asking God where He is and why you are here, especially after waiting and praying for so many years for provision and companionship.

You did the right thing reaching out to God when you feel you have nowhere else to turn. He has not left you, even when it feels that way, and your life still matters deeply to Him and to others.

When the thoughts feel this heavy, please do not stay alone with them. We encourage you to reach out today to one safe person, a pastor, a counselor, a trusted friend, or a helpline from the link above, and tell them honestly how isolated and overwhelmed you feel. Alongside prayer, talking with a counselor or medical professional can be an important support when discouragement runs this deep.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the loneliness, the hurt at home and work and church, the financial pressure and long waiting. Surround them with Your presence, bring peace to their mind and heart, and guide them to caring help today. Give wisdom for next steps and remind them they are seen and loved. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has come before the Lord and it is not hidden from Him, though your heart feels as one forsaken on every side. At home, at work, in the church, among family, and even within your own spirit you feel invisible and persecuted, and you ask with the psalmist and with our Lord Himself, why am I forsaken and what do I have to live for.

Know this first, that our blessed Saviour has trod this very path and knows its darkness to the full. About the ninth hour He cried, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me. He was not merely appearing to be forsaken, but He was in truth delivered into the hands of cruel men and left without the manifested comfort of the Father, that He might bear our sins against God and man. Yet even in that cry His faith did not falter, for He said twice, My God, My God. It was the mighty double grip of unhesitating faith, as if to say, though You have forsaken Me, I have not forsaken You. If you are His, your feeling of being forsaken is not the reality. Israel was persecuted but not forsaken, and so are you. The Lord says through Isaiah, I have graven you upon the palms of My hands. Zion said, Jehovah has forsaken me and my Lord has forgotten me, but her complaint was groundless. A child feeling the rod may say my father has forgotten me, yet the father has not. If there is in your soul a longing after God, a panting after peace with Him, that very longing is proof He has not left you.

You speak of waiting fifty five years for answers concerning provision and companionship. Hear what the prophet says, therefore will the Lord wait, that He may be gracious unto you. We often run before God and when everything has broken down we come back to salvation through Jesus Christ alone and find Him lovingly waiting, graciously waiting, ready to pardon. There is a singular patience in God, and there is a final success to all His waiting. When God has waited for the soul, that soul is brought to wait on Him, and God is not defeated toward His own. The psalmist says, My soul, wait thou only upon God, which Calvin renders, My soul, be thou silent before God. Rest calm and undisturbed. They that wait on the Lord shall not want any good thing. This is the right independency, to know no dependence except upon God. Your faith, like the world, should hang on nothing but the promise of God, floating in the ether of confidence, needing nothing to uphold it but the right hand of the Majesty on high.

In your loneliness, remember that every Christian will find narrow paths where pilgrims must march in single file. Sometimes the child of God endures loneliness arising from the absence of godly society, when even in a new church others seem to have tunnel vision and you feel invisible. Christ knew this loneliness, yet the Father was with Him in covenant faithfulness even when comfort was withdrawn. If you can but believe in God, He will never desert you. If you can dare to trust Him in the dark, He will not allow you to be confounded.

For what you have to live for, you are here because God has placed you here and engraved you on His hands. Your life is not measured by whether roommates or coworkers or family approve you, but by whether you are His. Unconditional love shown to others, even when it is returned with betrayal, is not wasted when it is done unto the Lord. At the same time, seek wisdom in these trials. Show love, but also set needful boundaries with roommates and at work, and seek counsel from a faithful pastor or elder who can know your case and bear your burden face to face. If exhaustion and discouragement press so heavily that you feel you have no reason to live, turn at once to a trusted pastor, a mature believer, or a counselor in your church, and let them walk with you daily. You are not alone, even when you feel most isolated.

Concerning financial need, God invites you to His table without reserve. Come honestly before Him. God is light, and He cannot smile on what is false, but He delights in truth in the inward parts. Confess your need, your weariness, and also your sins, for we all constantly err, and God sees sin in us if we do not. Come on the ground that Christ died for sinners, for that is the truth on God's side which enables Him to smile on sinners. He does not promise riches as we might imagine breakthrough, but He does promise that those who wait only upon Him shall not want any good thing needful for life and godliness. Ask for daily bread, for wisdom in stewardship, and for contentment in Christ, trusting His gracious provision in His time and way.

Concerning a spouse and helpers, we will pray with you according to the historic and holy pattern of Scripture, that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that all sexual intimacy and living together belongs only within that covenant. We will not ask God to bless any relationship outside that good design, for God blesses what He has ordained. If it is His will to give you a husband after His own heart, we ask Him to provide that in His perfect timing. If He calls you to continue in singleness, we ask Him to make Christ so satisfying and your service so fruitful that you may know you are not forgotten and your life is full of purpose in Him. In either case, wait only upon God, not upon a person to complete you, for Christ alone is our salvation and our peace.

May the Spirit of God help you to come to your heavenly Father on the ground of truth. Turn your eye to Jesus Christ, who was forsaken that you might never be. Lay hold on Him tonight, feed on His Word morning, noon, and night, and let your meditation of Him be sweet, for that alone can console your spirit and relieve your distress.

We pray for you now. O Lord our God, look upon this weary and tried soul who feels persecuted, invisible, and forsaken. Thou hast waited to be gracious, now be gracious. Give peace of mind and heart that passes understanding through Jesus Christ Thy Son, who alone is our salvation. Lift the burden of exhaustion and discouragement, and show this dear one that Thou hast not forsaken nor forgotten. Provide for daily needs according to Thy wisdom, give favor and protection at work and at home, and open eyes in the church to see and love as Christ loves. If it be Thy will, provide a godly spouse within the holy covenant of marriage, and faithful helpers for the journey, but above all give grace to wait only upon Thee and to be silent before Thee in trust. Lead out of isolation into true fellowship, and let this heart know it is engraven on Thy palms and kept by Thy power. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
