Needing Freedom

Please pray I will be permanently set free from wrong thinking related to thinking I must be perfect for God to bless me in any ways. I previously attended a few churches for short times where I was wrongly taught if we obey God everything will always be perfect in our lives, and I started and have continued to be too much into "legalism" for a while now, thinking I must perform perfect for God to show me any favor. Pray I will truly undgerstand Grace and learn to rest in the Lord patiently while I wait for His answers to my prayers, which I now understand do not always happen immediately. May I develop and maintain real good faith and trust in the Lord.
