Needing A Good Job

Please pray that God will open up doors of opportunities for me to get a good job . I am depressed because I am unemployed. I need a good job to earn a living for myself. My neighbor made me feel bad about myself , she suggested I get a job at Walmart as a greeter or in a fast food place. I felt like she viewed me as elderly or incompetent. Granted, I am 52 years old, but I am hoping to get a job in a office environment. I didn't get my GED & spend an entire year in math class to work at McDonalds.( not that there is anything wrong with that) LOL. I did that for better/easier employment opportunities , hoping for a career change, I worked retail for 18 years & now I have trouble with my feet, legs & back. & cannot stand for long periods of time.Thank you for your prayers . Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
