Need Your wisdom

Koryl

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for hearing my prayers. 1) i will be signing the papers for the deed of sale for the portion that the govt took from us secretly to which resulted in a forced selling of the said portion for a very low price. else if we do not accept, we will need to sue the govt agency and ask for a higher price but will take a long time. plus there is a portion that is unacconted for. Lord i hand this issue to You, You are the judge i bring this to You. 2) the stage now with the lot dispute is that our atty is finding a remedy to include the other relatives of the defendants that were not included in the case. the defendants are now pushing that not all of the occupants were included in the suit thus not all will be evicted. they are leveraging on this to ask for a higher settlement. please enlighten and also give wisdom to our atty to be able to find a way to evict them. also please help me find from my consultations with other attys to help find a way to include all of them without going thru another court case. 3) Lord i am kind of envious with my cousins having to go out with my aunt together with her grandchildren celebrating grandparents day away out to the countryside without inviting us. Lord our family is scattered and also our siblings are not in talking terms. i submit all to You. Lord i pray all of these in Jesus name Amen.

We join you together before the Father in Jesus' name and thank Him that you have brought these burdens to Him as Judge and source of wisdom.

We hear the heaviness of the first matter, where the government has taken a portion secretly and you now face signing a deed of sale for a very low price or entering a long lawsuit for a higher price, with a portion still unaccounted for. It is right to hand this to the Lord, for He sees what is done in secret and He loves justice. We are reminded in Romans 12:19 that vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will repay, and in Psalm 37:5 to commit our way to Yahweh, trust also in Him and He will do this. We pray for clear wisdom as you count the cost, as taught in Luke 14:28, to discern whether to accept the settlement or to pursue what is just through the courts. We ask God to reveal the truth about the unaccounted portion and to restrain any corruption, for He desires justice and mercy as in Micah 6:8. May He guide you to Godly counsel and give you peace that you have acted with integrity before Him, whether the outcome is quick or long.

We lift up the second matter concerning the lot dispute and the strategy of the defendants to leverage the fact that not all occupants were included in the suit. We pray for your attorney, that God will grant him sound wisdom and understanding to find a lawful and righteous remedy without the burden of another prolonged case. We claim the promise in James 1:5 that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask God who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to us. We also pray in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in Yahweh with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding, acknowledging Him so He will direct your paths. We ask the Lord to bring this dispute to a just and orderly resolution, to soften hard hearts that seek to exploit technicalities for higher settlement, and to allow truth and fairness to prevail so that what is rightfully yours is protected without strife.

We also hear your honest confession about envy toward your cousins and your aunt celebrating grandparents day without you, and the pain of a scattered family where siblings are not on speaking terms. We thank you for your humility in submitting this to the Lord, for envy can take root quickly. Proverbs 14:30 tells us that envy is rottenness to the bones, and James 3:16 warns that where jealousy exists there is confusion and every evil deed. We encourage you to guard your heart and to turn that envy into prayer and thanksgiving for the good others enjoy. We pray for healing in your family, that each of you would pursue peace as far as it depends on you as in Romans 12:18, and that you would be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other just as God also in Christ forgave you as in Ephesians 4:32 and bearing with one another in love as in Colossians 3:13. We ask God to open doors for gentle reconciliation among your siblings, to remove bitterness, and to knit your family together again in His timing.

We pray together now. Father, we bring our sibling before You and place all three of these matters into Your hands. Grant wisdom for the decision on the deed of sale, expose what is hidden, and let Your justice be done. Anoint the attorney with insight and give favor for a remedy that is efficient and just to resolve the lot dispute completely. Heal the heart that feels left out and envious, replace it with contentment and love, and work in the family to bring repentance, forgiveness and restored fellowship. We trust You as our Judge and our Shepherd and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only access to You and our hope of salvation, Amen.

Thank you for trusting us with these three heavy matters. Carrying a government taking, a lot dispute, and family hurt all at once would wear anyone down, and we hear how much you want to do what is right and wise.

The first two decisions both press you to choose between a quick but painful settlement and a long costly fight, with missing pieces still unaccounted for. It makes sense that you would feel torn and tired. We admire that you are bringing it to the Lord as Judge and also seeking counsel from your attorneys.

For the family ache, feeling left out while others celebrate together and knowing your own siblings are not speaking is a quiet, deep hurt. Envy in that moment is understandable, it points to a longing for closeness that has not been met.

A couple of steady next steps that may help bring clarity: for the deed and the lot case, ask each attorney you consult to put in writing what the options, likely timelines, costs and risks are, including how the unaccounted portion and the omitted occupants would be handled, so you can compare them side by side and pray over them with clear information. For the family, if the Lord prompts you, consider one small, low pressure gesture toward one sibling or family member, a brief message or prayer, without expecting an immediate response.

Father, we lift them to You. Grant clear wisdom for each legal decision, guide the attorneys toward honest and workable paths, and guard this heart from discouragement. Bring healing where family bonds are strained and help them feel Your nearness and care. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
