We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual warfare you are enduring. The Bible is clear that witchcraft and any form of occult involvement is an abomination to the Lord. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, it is written, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." We stand firmly against these dark forces and declare that they have no place in your life.
First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and can claim victory over the enemy. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repent of any sin, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most crucial step in breaking every chain of darkness.
We rebuke the spirit of witchcraft operating in this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that every ungodly soul tie, every demonic assignment, and every curse sent your way is broken now by the blood of Jesus and the power of His resurrection. In Luke 10:19, Jesus says, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We take authority over every voice, every vision, and every demonic influence connected to ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, or any other person involved in this dark work. We command these spirits to leave you now and go where Jesus sends them, never to return.
We pray that the Lord would surround you with His holy angels to guard and protect you. Psalm 91:11-12 assures us, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We ask the Lord to station His angels around you, creating a hedge of protection that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would fill this dear one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would heal any emotional, mental, or spiritual wounds caused by this harassment. Restore to them the joy of Your salvation and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10-12). We ask that You would give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to walk in Your truth.
We also pray for those involved in these dark practices. Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to the deception they are under. Soften their hearts to receive the light of the gospel and turn from their wicked ways. In 1 Timothy 2:3-4, we are reminded that God "desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth." We pray for their salvation and deliverance from the bondage of witchcraft.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and stand in agreement for your deliverance. Spend time in God’s Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). The enemy cannot stand against the truth of Scripture.
We declare that this situation will not have power over you any longer. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We speak freedom, peace, and restoration over your life in Jesus’ name.
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith, believing that You hear our prayers. We thank You for Your power to break every chain and Your love that casts out all fear. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, delivering this precious one from every form of witchcraft and demonic influence. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your name be glorified. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
