Need The Lord's Help Concerning ###

My parents have moved from a small apartment to a nursing home on December 1st (my mother died in the meanwhile). My sister let me understand beginning December she wanted all the furniture and stuff that was in the apartment, which was OK to me. Two months have passed and she has not cleared the apartment yet. My father has to continue paying the old rent on top of the nursing home. She does not talk to me or give me any explanation. It is via a third person I understand my father will have to pay next month's rent too, because she takes her time. She has a negative spirit and I pray the Lord guides me in this situation. May the Lord move on her heart. Lord I ask Your help in this matter, You know all the unspoken details. I pray for wisdom and guidance especially. In Jesus Name. amen
