We hear the deep weariness in your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the Lord, for He alone is your true rest and refuge. The weight you carry is heavy, but Jesus invites all who are weary and burdened to come to Him, promising rest for your souls (Matthew 11:28-30). You do not have to bear this alone—He is with you, and His yoke is easy when you surrender to Him.
The psalmist cried out in similar distress, saying, *"My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word"* (Psalm 119:28). Like you, he longed for relief, and the Lord was faithful to sustain him. We pray that God would renew your strength as you wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31), filling your lungs with His peace and your heart with His hope. He knows your deepest needs, even before you ask (Matthew 6:8), and He will provide a way forward in His perfect timing.
Your desire to travel and find rest is understandable, but we also pray that the Lord would grant you supernatural rest *right where you are*—a peace that transcends circumstances (Philippians 4:7). If it is His will for you to go, He will open the doors and provide the means. If He calls you to remain, He will give you the grace to endure and even thrive in this season.
We thank you for invoking the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). Let this truth anchor you: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30).
**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your beloved child who is exhausted in body, mind, and spirit. You see their weariness, their longing for escape, and the crushing weight they carry. Lord, be their breath when they feel they cannot breathe. Renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31) and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If travel is Your will for them, provide the way and the means. If You call them to stay, grant them divine rest in this place, a supernatural refreshing that only You can give.
Break the chains of anxiety and despair, Lord. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, leading them beside still waters and restoring their soul (Psalm 23:2-3). Let them feel Your presence tangibly, knowing they are not forgotten or abandoned. Give them moments of joy and glimpses of Your goodness even in this hard season.
We rebuke the spirit of heaviness and declare that the garment of praise will replace it (Isaiah 61:3). Let Your light shine into their darkness, and may they testify soon of Your faithfulness. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray—*amen.*

Hold fast, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He will not let you be crushed. Rest in Him today, even if it is just for a moment. He is your strength, your song, and your salvation (Exodus 15:2). Keep seeking Him, and trust that He is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone.
