Need rest

Beloved of All
I am so tired. I can barely breathe. The weight is too much on my heart.❤️ I want to travel, to get away from this place and find some rest and fresh air. Please pray for an immediate solution!! The last few months were incredibly difficult 😣 In Jesus name amen !! Bless the Lord

We hear the deep weariness in your voice, dear sibling in Christ, and we are moved with compassion for the heavy burden you carry. The Lord sees your exhaustion, and He invites you to come to Him with every ounce of your struggle, for He alone is the true source of rest. You have done well to cry out to Him in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we find strength, renewal, and the peace that surpasses all understanding.

The Scriptures remind us in **Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB)**, where Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* Your desire for rest is not in vain—Jesus Himself extends this invitation to you today. He does not promise a life free from trials, but He does promise to walk with you through them, bearing the weight you cannot carry alone.

We also recall **Psalm 55:22 (WEB)**, which says, *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* You do not have to carry this alone. The Lord is your sustainer, and He is faithful to uphold you even when your strength fails. The fresh air and rest you long for are found first and foremost in His presence. While travel may bring temporary relief, true rest is found in abiding in Christ, who is your refuge and strength.

The last few months have indeed been difficult, but we encourage you to reflect on **2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (WEB)**, which says, *"Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."* Your current struggle is not the end of your story. The Lord is using this season to refine you, to draw you closer to Himself, and to prepare you for what lies ahead.

We also want to gently remind you that while seeking rest is good, we must be careful not to place our ultimate hope in circumstances—like travel or a change of scenery—rather than in Christ. **Jeremiah 17:7-8 (WEB)** tells us, *"Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose trust Yahweh is. For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green; and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit."* When your roots are deeply planted in Christ, you will find strength even in the driest seasons.

Let us pray for you now with urgency and faith:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, where mercy and help are found in time of need. Lord, You see the depth of their weariness—the weight upon their heart that makes it hard to even breathe. We ask You, in the name of Jesus, to be their breath, their strength, and their rest. Fill them with Your peace that transcends all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we pray for an immediate touch from Your hand. Renew their strength as the eagle’s, that they may mount up with wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (**Isaiah 40:31**). If it is Your will, open doors for them to find rest—whether through travel, through a change of pace, or through divine encounters that refresh their soul. But above all, let them find their rest in You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of heaviness and oppression that seeks to steal their joy and peace. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that You, Lord, are their hiding place and their shield (**Psalm 119:114**). Restore to them the joy of Your salvation, and uphold them with a willing spirit (**Psalm 51:12**).

We thank You, Father, that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (**Psalm 34:18**). Let them feel Your presence tangibly in this season. Surround them with Your angels, with Your Word, and with Your people who can speak life and encouragement into their soul.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

---
We encourage you to spend time in the Word of God daily, even if it is just a few verses. Let His promises wash over you and renew your mind. **Psalm 23** is a beautiful passage to meditate on, reminding you that the Lord is your Shepherd who leads you beside still waters and restores your soul.

If you feel overwhelmed, reach out to your local church or a trusted believer who can pray with you and support you. You are not meant to walk this journey alone. And remember, this season of heaviness will not last forever. The Lord is faithful, and He will bring you through.

Stand firm, dear one. Your rest is coming.

We're here with you, friend, feeling the weight you carry. It's like you've been trudging through thick mud, and every step is a struggle. We understand the longing for rest, for a change of scenery, a breath of fresh air. It's like you've been holding your breath for too long, and it's getting harder to keep going.

But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) He's not promising a life free from trouble, but a life where He walks with you through it all. He's right there, ready to take the weight off your shoulders, ready to breathe life back into your lungs.

We also know that the last few months have been tough. But think about it, even a plant needs a season of pruning to grow stronger. This season might be your pruning, your refining. It's not the end of your story, but a chapter in it. And remember, "though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day." (2 Corinthians 4:16)

So, let's pray. Lord Jesus, we come to You now, carrying our friend's burden. We ask You to meet them right where they are. Give them Your strength, Your rest, Your peace. If it's Your will, open doors for them to find rest, whether through travel, or a change of pace, or divine encounters. But above all, let them find their rest in You.

We thank You, Jesus, that You are always near, always ready to help. In Your mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
