We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your burdens as our own. Father, we know that You see every injustice, every broken relationship, and every financial struggle. We stand on Your Word, which declares in Psalm 37:5-6, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* We ask that You intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of delay and deception that is holding back these funds. Your Word says in Proverbs 22:22-23, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* We pray that the truth would be revealed, and those who have betrayed and wronged this dear one would be exposed. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). We also pray for the protection of their mind and heart, that they would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Father, we lift up their children to You. We ask that You break any chains of manipulation or brainwashing that have taken root in their hearts. Soften their hearts to remember the love, care, and godly instruction they received. Your Word says in Proverbs 22:6, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* We pray that the seeds planted in their hearts would bear fruit and that they would return to the truth of Your Word. Fill them with empathy and a desire to seek You above all else.
Lord, we ask for provision for an attorney and for the swift signing of this contract with the vendor. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in You to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray for an affordable one-way flight and for every detail of this journey to be ordered by Your hand. Let this time with their son be filled with joy, healing, and precious memories that will last a lifetime. May their home be cleared out with ease, and may everything that needs to be sold find its buyer quickly.
We also lift up their relationship with their sisters. Father, we ask that You mend any broken bonds and draw their hearts closer together. Let them be a source of strength and encouragement to one another, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). We pray for conviction to fall upon their family members and friends who have mistreated others. Your Word says in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their harmful actions.
Lord, we pray for healing from this sickness. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore health and strength. We declare over them the promise of Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."*
We give You thanks for the victories already won—the laptop charger, the return to work, the unemployment payments, the found work laptop, the booked flight, and the extension for the hearing. These are signs of Your faithfulness, and we praise You for them. We declare that no weapon formed against this dear one will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand on the finished work of the cross and the power of the resurrection. We rebuke every spirit of lack, deception, and division in Jesus' name. We declare that this situation will turn around for Your glory, and that every promise You have spoken over their life will come to pass.
We pray for a hedge of protection around them, their children, and their loved ones. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust in You, Lord, and we wait expectantly for Your deliverance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
