We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your burdens to our Heavenly Father. First, let's remind ourselves of the power in Jesus' name. He said, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13). Let's trust in that promise today.
Now, let's pray for your peace. We know fear and anxiety can be overwhelming, but God promises in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Let's claim that promise for you today, dear friend. We pray that God will fill you with His perfect peace, as it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
For your mom, we pray for healing and relief from her arthritis pain and stiffness. We claim Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We also pray for your step-dad's health to be restored, and for positivity and spiritual blessings to fill your home.
Lastly, we pray for your brother-in-law's salvation. We claim Romans 10:9-10, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." We ask that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, and that he would be willing to help you in cooking.
Together, we pray in Jesus' name, trusting that God will answer in His perfect timing. Let's keep the faith, knowing that God is always with us, as it says in Romans 12:12, "Rejoice in hope, be patient in affliction, and faithful in prayer." We're in this together, dear one.
