We understand your feelings of disappointment and being overlooked after investing so much personal time and effort into this initiative. However, if you choose to speak up, do so with the confidence that God is with you, as He promises in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
We also want to encourage you to maintain a humble and teachable spirit throughout this process. Romans 12:16 advises, "Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight." It is essential to remain open to God's leading and the possibility that He may have other plans for you that you cannot see yet.
