need prayer for stabilized emotions

everyday is an up and down rollercoaster,,i cant handle this anymore and i am so tired of it....i dont want to act out in ways that are not godly or healthy or right...please pray god would step in and help me to stay obedient and enjoy peace, lasting peace instead of constant inner turmoil and heart break..and that i could except gods clear direction for my life,whatever it may be and that i will trust him...

I agree with this prayer for Matt, Lord. Have mercy and reign down love from heaven upon him. I know our faith is not based on feelings, but I pray You allow him to feel even now, Your loving arms around him, carrying him, when he is unable to walk on his own. In Jesus' Name, I pray, Amen.
